How to unlock the Ooh, Shiny! achievement in Forza Horizon 3 - Definitive Guide

Now to get this one I had to get lucky with the wheel and spinning.
You will get a notification pop up on the left of the spin machine that says the cars name with purple writing below it, these are Horizon Cars which are the best you'll get in the game. A good way to get these is to smash up xp billboards which can rank you up real quickly.

Horizon Edition cars are not the best cars you can get in the game, however they do offer certain benefits. For example, the Credit bonus will double the credits earned, while the Skills bonus will grant an additional 65% bonus to any and all skills performed while driving it. They also have unique body modifications that can only be customized on Horizon Edition cars. Very cool.

The only way to obtain these cars is via a wheelspin or by spending a decent amount of cash in the auction house.

Yeah, I would add the option of buying Horizon Edition cars in the Auction House to the guide.

Keep looking -#FORZATHON challenges, they are weekly updated and still ongoing so to get an Horizon Edition car is not impossible

I unlocked this by winning this weekends Forzathon challenge

which got you the Ford F-150 Raptor Horizon Edition.

This is a 3rd way as long as the challenges keep coming, so far new challenges pop up each weekend.

Each wheelspin gives you the random opportunity to win a car or money. Some cars are named "Horizon Edition" because they come with a special paint / setup and give you extra points. Eventually you will win one but if you think that is taking too long, a lot of people are selling their cars in the Auction House as well.

Go to the Auction House and click on the option "Rare Cars;" this will list all Horizon Edition cars as well as all Barn Finds. Find a car that is Horizon Edition and bid/buyout to get the car. It might be frustrating to win a random bidding but most cars listed have a buyout of 5.5 million credits which could be steep for most people.
