How to unlock the Perks of the Job achievement in Forza Horizon 3 - Definitive Guide

The Skill Shop is located on the Progress tab of the main menu.

There are three pages of skills - Festival Boss, Skills, and Instant - and each of them have a car as the reward for making it to the top of the tree. Taking the path up the middle is the most efficient and will cost you as follows:

Festival Boss - Bentley Continental GT (36 Points)
Skills - Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera (46 Points)
Instant - '65 Mini Cooper S (21 Points)

I don't know that it's the fastest way, but doing massive donuts in the hills south of the airport and racking up huge combos is a pretty quick way of scoring skill points.

Personally I'd stick with the Festival Boss or Skill tree first as you'll get the most long term benefits out of either of them.

First off, minimum required skill points for cars:

Festival Boss: 1 + 2 + 3 + 10 + 20 = 36
Skills: 1 + 2 + 3 + 10 + 30 = 46
Instant: 1 + 2 + 3 + 5 + 10 = 21

Second, Skills car is a Lamborghini Gallardo LP 570-4 Superleggera, not a Huracan

I got the Mini Cooper, but my achievement didnt unlock.

There are 3 cars that you can get from the skill shop.
Just get one in order to unlock the achievement.
My advice is that you first unlock perks in skills & boss trees, because they are FAR more beneficial for the long run, and better for the other achievement which is to unlock all perks in the skill shop.

There are 3 cars available in the bonus shop, as far as I remember, the top row in the middle will be a car, you can buy a Mini/Lamborghini/Bentley there.
