This achievement is pretty easy and basic.
All you have to do is go to a Bucket List Blueprint Point and select Danger Sign, speed trap which ever and set the distance or speed trap mph by attempting the PR. Doesnt have to be a world record or anything. After u finish the bucket list attempt the achievement will pop & if u haven't unlocked "Ice Breaker" achievement that should pop as well as you will see in the video.
