Create and complete a Championship with 100+ miles of racing over 10 events.

How to unlock the This. Is. FORZA! achievement in Forza Horizon 3 - Definitive Guide

This is pretty easy to manage once you have upgraded and added more Horizon hubs.

Find an event that has Championship enabled, you should have gotten these by the time you unlock enough events as one of the events you do is a Championship.

Now, go to the event and select Championship then Blueprint.

Here you want to create a Championship with 10 events in it. I did 8 sprints and 2 course events. To get over 100 miles I had to set the two course events to 20 laps each. This is good as it'll get your LOADS of levels, skill points and spectators at the end.

When complete, you'll see a poster of your event before you confirm the details. Make sure it says 10 events and shows over 100 miles. Now simply race them. Luckily you don't have to do them all in one go so if you get bored, just do something else and come back to them. Each event you selected will have the "Continue Championship" option and will show as a white background icon on your map.

I had upgraded my main hub 5 times, and unlocked all hubs at level 1 or 2 before doing this.

The Achievement will pop after the 10th event.

I'd suggest starting at the "Goliath Circuit" so you don't need to do it again for

I used 9 x 1 lap circuit races + 3 laps of "Goliath Circuit" (Byron Bay lvl5) - each lap = ~29mi.

If you set the 'Country' to 'Aussie Rules' then you can get the "Aussie Rules!" Achievement at the same time. Acknowledgement to Wyyvern for giving me the idea.

@ClaytThaGreat - use the route select to pick all the events you want, and when you've finished you'll see a splash poster of your event that outlines the number of events and gives you the total distance. If no-one beats me to it, I'll screencap it tomorrow.

If you're playing on the metric system, you need to make sure, that your overall distance is more than 161 kilometers.

I wish I could give comments a negative vote...if you really thought 100 miles was the same as 100 km you have some serious education issues.

On topic...I actually had 11 events in mine and it still popped, so 10 is probably just the minimum.

ScuzzyBunny I mean this solution could be more useful if it cantains info about 161km, like other solution has. I should read both, but I didn't) and you can't have 11 events in a championship, bacouse 10 is maximum.

Agreed about the km vs miles debate. I was playing on the metric system and just straight up wasn't thinking. I created my championship with 100kms instead of miles, and suffered the inevitable disappointment. I haven't down-voted, because I don't think that really matters, but it would be nice if you could put a mention in your guide, as I read your guide before attempting this and I could have totally avoided this...and so can others. :)

I created/comleted an event that was 100.7 miles (and won) but didn't get this. Do the events all have to be in the same area (eg same colour icons)? A couple of mine were in a different area.

If you're planning on using the Goliath Circuit to pad your distance over 100 miles, blueprint the championship from that site. This will prevent you having to drive that track in another championship later, cutting down on overall time to grind the 63 championships.

While it has nothing to do with the actual solution, a tip for everyone here is to make sure you go to the skills shop and buy your Championship Perk for 30% extra credits and the XP Bump Perk before you start the race. It will increase your rewards significantly because this is likely to be the longest championship you will play in the game.

Guys add Compelling Gamer, he has a blueprint already created on the Goliath Track that unlocks this achievement.

Sorry I should have mentioned you need to unlock Byron bay level 5 to access this.

How do I set the numbers of events? It seems I can't change it, it's always 4-5 events.
Thanks

Anyone know if this will pop if you complete a championship that has been created by a friend? The Aussie Rules one definitely does, but would like to know for sure before starting.....

Never mind, I guess this popped at some point! I don't remember seeing it pop but it did, apparently.

The achievement didn't pop for me. I did 8 sprints and 2 circuits, including 2 laps of Goliath, for 101 miles...is there something about the races that can disqualify the Championship for the achievement? I don't think it is a delayed achievement either since I got others right after completing the championship.

Lmao good guide for an extremely simple achievement. Laughing at the -1s in this comment thread, all of which could have been avoided had they put any thought into it.

You can also review the Event List while creating/editing and see if it adds up to over 100 miles or view the Flyer and it will tell you the total mileage of all 10 races.

I don't understand this guide... How do I edit the number of events/types of events/miles, etc???! The only options I get when I create a blueprint championship are route select, car themes, edit name and create blueprint..... not clear at all.... -1 until there is clarification.

One thing that seemed to prevent the achievement from popping is that I quit a game during the championship. I picked a bad car for the type of race I was in, and I figured I would start fresh. That gave me the championship check mark, but also seemed to void the achievement. If you pick a bad car, just suck it up and complete the race anyway.

I recommend waiting until Byron Bay is upgraded to level 5, so that you can run this championship from the Goliath Circuit race. This race alone circles the entire map, is fun and relaxing to drive, and you can set the number of laps. With the addition of nine other events, you will easily meet the criteria of 100 or more miles.

Set up a championship blueprint from Goliath Circuit, located on the east side, right near the Horizon Festival Hub. Two or three laps should be sufficient. Add nine other events you'd like to race. Tweak the laps of your circuit races until you're at or above 100 miles.

10 events. 100 miles.

Another hint for people (like me) who have their game set to KM, it's 100+ MILES (160+ KM). Learn from my mistake and either set it up for 160+ KM or change your settings to miles.

What I did for mine was set the Goliath course to 1 lap, I had mostly 3 lappers and a couple of 5's. I ended up having like 161 KMs in mine, which gave me the achievement

Do not complete this achievement in co-op (with players who also want the achievement), only the host will unlock it. :(

Just throwing this tidbit on for the time being. Once a formal solution has been written, I'll take this comment down, as it's not a solution at all! Hopefully they'll include this information to keep others informed!

From what I can tell, all progression based races count (danger signs, exhibitions, championships, showcases, etc) and carry over into the single player. I have noticed that the Bucket List is tracked separately between single player and co-op, much like it was in Horizon 2.

I think these more situational based achievements are geared towards single player experiences. So as far as standard progression you should be okay. I wouldn't mind getting another voice to weigh in on this though, just to make certain.

Makes sense since the achievement says you must create the championship blueprint. Only host does that.

That's a good point, semantically it does say that. The way I read into it was that the creation was irrelevant, I guess I wasn't as attentive as you are!

I set up a blueprint for anybody that doesn't want to bother. Just add me and restart your game. It's at the Mill Cross Country Circuit directly west of Maroondah Reservoir.

Play in Horizon solo.
Go to any championship enable route (personally I went to Goliath which unlocked after fully upgrading all festivals).
Blueprint a championship.
Make sure it has 10 events and atleast 100Miles/160KM.
It says that enough to complete, but in fact you have to WIN the championship.
In an hour you get the achievement 🤙

You can also add me on XBOX, drive to Goliath route and use my blueprint.

Once at a route, you can choose to create a blueprint of a championship. You will need ten separate events (so, seven point to point races and three circuit races, for instance). For each circuit, you can adjust the amount of laps. Once the total distance of the championship exceeds 101 miles, you can publish it and race it.

Complete all ten of the configured events for this achievement, and keep in mind it can be combined with "Aussie Rules!"

when creating a championship you will be able to see how many km you end up with, select 10 races, preferably Circle Races, increase the number of laps until it becomes more than 160 km
