Did not unlock for me, while i have lot of other achievements unlocked in Hot Wheels DLC. I started this DLC in 2022 btw...

Didn't unlock for me either, Sandman

EDIT: tracking for other achievements wasn't cooperating. Turns out my DLC uninstalled itself? Seems to be part of the issue, because once reinstalled the tracking was fixed. Achievement still didn't pop though.

Weird, have heard that this and the 1st Blizzard Mountain achievement are both not unlocking for some people. Concerning!

For those that were never able to buy the DLC, it is indeed no longer available for purchase BUT if you have a PC it is absolutely still possible to experience/complete it via a friend's account or other "legitimate" means - both will give you achievements and keep your save.

Also didn’t unlock for me. I tried uninstalling an reinstalling the DLC and had no luck.

This will be your first achievement in Hot Wheels. When you first enter the DLC you will be in the car on the track. This will be a short into and sprint, drive to the end and the achievement will unlock.

The achievement may glitch and not open.
Got all the achievements of the Hot Wheels add-on, except for this very first achievement.
