To unlock this achievement, you must perform 10 festival upgrades.
During your career, everything you will do will net you fans. Over time, you will be gaining huge amounts of fans. Every threshold of fans (which are displayed usually in the top right corner,) will give you an opportunity to either open a new festival or upgrade an existing festival. A festival begins at level 1 and ends at level 5, so you'll need to maximize 2 festivals with upgrades and you will unlock this achievement.
To amass a big number of fans start off with doing Exhibitions or Championships. At around 12 million fans start doing Showcases and PR Stunts to earn a lot more than previously and then keep upgrading your festivals.
