You must first unlock the LEGO Ferrari F40. This will be the second thing you unlock through brick challenges and it requires 600 bricks.
Once you collect your Lego F40 from your house, an icon for the Speed Champions event will appear on the map. Simply win the race and the achievement will unlock.
