This achievement is fairly straight forward. The Lego Bugatti Chiron Speed Champions Event will appear on your map after going through the tutorials to start in Lego Valley. Simply drive to the event and win. You will be driving in a Lego Bugatti FYI. I would recommend lowering your drivitar skill if you don't win your events often.

This event is not available to me and I already got the LEGO McLaren Senna.
