As you complete Cross Country Series events your Tier Level for that segment of Horizon Life increases.
Your progression through these Tiers is based on the amount of Influence you earn from racing in relevant events. You can repeat a race if you wish and continue earning Influence for it.
You gain more Influence for finishing in higher positions, and you can also boost your Influence stats further with certain cars by applying Skill Masteries to them.

This achievment seems to be bugged for me. I've reached level 12 in cross country series and it still did'nt pop up.

The option to search by creator name has been added. To do this with the car of your choice, there's a 40-mile anything goes race by "G3E Nolove" called "Easy$$ Follow Checkpoints". Alternatively, search the following for a long race:
Route Type: Custom Only
Season: Any
Racing Series: Cross Country
Title:
Creator:
Select Confirm

From the main menu, select the Creative Hub Tab, then Blueprint Events. Choose the following in the search fields:
Search Category: PG Editor's Choice
Route Type: Custom Only
Season: Winter
Select Confirm
Look for "The Pinnacle Ramble" by Pure NFS Mac. This is a 30-mile race that will take about 20 minutes and net you 50k credits and 30k influence.
Around the 88% mark of the race, be sure to go around the pier!

Some Car Setups for the Cross Country races
Porsche Cayenne
"Cayenne Cross"
Jeep Trailcat
"Trailcat cross"
Ariel Nomad
"Nomad dirt"
I suggest to drive the titan race with the trailcat. The porsche is annoying slow and the nomad... well... it is a hellride with that rocket.

My Jeep Trailcat wasn't eligible for these races for some reason
Edit: I stand corrected I didn't realise I still had my old tune on it not the cross country one. Which for some reason made it ineligible.

Similar to how you unlocked "Colossus of Roads" you'll continue to compete in Cross Country events till you get to level 10. These events are green in color. Once you reach level 10 in the series the achievement will unlock.
