The LEGO Goliath unlocks after reaching 5,000 bricks and building the upgrade to your house. It'll be located in the northwest area of the map in Falcon Speedway. This race is fairly short, only taking 3 minutes in a fully upgraded car. Simply complete the race in your LEGO McLaren Senna and you will get the achievement + some bricks.

I know the achievement description says "complete" but you actually have to win it to get the achievement.

You can even use a created race, i made a blueprint called 'Brick Challenge' that took 10seconds of driving straight

You'll get the Lego Goliath track at 5,000 bricks along with the house upgrade. You'll have to do this course a couple times for some other achievements.
The original solution on here isn't updated and also isn't much of a solution unless you read all the comments.
NOTE: the achievement description says "complete" but you actually have to win it to get the achievement.
You can use a created race blueprint to make this much easier. I searched for the blueprint titled "Brick Challenge" and that will make it easier as you're only racing lego cars.
