How to unlock the Coronation Trickin' achievement in Forza Horizon 4 - Definitive Guide

You don't need an upgraded car for this. I did it on my very first car.

This is actually a LOT easier than you think, and was 2nd achievement in the game. I wasn't even really trying for it, I was just going for as long a chain as I could.

On the east edge of the map, east of Bamburgh Castle on the sea, is a dune bike track. Lots of dunes, lots of jumps, lots of bushes and fences to crash into. Drive around there (not on the course, but across the dunes), and you won't be able to help getting a bunch of Air, Ultimate Wreckage, Drifts, Kangaroos, etc, to build up your chain.

It maxes out at a 5.0 multiplier (at least now, like I said I barely started the game), so hit 40,000 and stop. When the points register, the achievement will pop.

Don't need skill songs, don't need boosts, don't even need upgraded cars. All you need to be able to do is not flip your car over or hit anything in the parking lot on one edge of the map.

This was gonna be my solution. Incredibly easy. I started a live event here and the first round was a skill score so I headed to the beach and it was no problem scoring 200k.

I banked about 130,000 on a normal drive with just the Subaru Impreza. I was pretty sure if I wanted to, I'd have gotten 195,300 easily. Thanks for providing a location. +1

+1 for the location too.

It was so easy I banged out half a million without noticing.

I ended up getting this achievement without even trying but got to these dunes just driving later on and it's a great way to build up a skill chain. Just try not to go to fast and flip the car (or at least have a car that has the perk unlocked that keeps the chain going even after a crash).

I got it in the winter season by the windmills, lots of slopes and same thing as the original solution, lots of air, kangaroo, wreckage, etc.

Didn't work for me. I keep losing traction in the sand and spinning out. It's pretty much impossible to turn without losing all control.
I get to about 40-50K and either lose my chain because I get stuck in the sand or slide way out onto the beach where there's nothing to hit. Turns out sliding sideways through the sand because of a lack of traction doesn't count as drifting.

1: Go into Settings, Difficulty.
Switch off Traction control & Stability control

2: Use a big powerful real wheel drive car, perhaps a formula drift car or a Hoonigan car

3: Go to the middle big roundabouts on the motorway and go round and round the roundabout.

You should be able to string together Ultimate Drifts together, add in some sideswipes at 1000 points each and you can have as big a Skill Chain as you want, I got up to over 2,000,000 before I got bored and stopped.

The easiest way to grab this is to buy the Hoonigan Hoonicorn and apply some upgrades. Now, go to the airport, take STM and TCS off, and just drift up and down the runway. You can easily build a 200,000 point combo in 2 minutes, and then bank it.

This is also a great way to boost car mastery skill points which become incredibly useful in progression of the game, leveling and grabbing credits.

One thing I think is great is that you can earn skill points in say.. the Hoonicorn.. and spend the points on any other car. It's great for if you find one such as this that helps you boost like crazy, as opposed to grinding out rubbish cars. Great little feature :)

Skillchains aren´t that difficult anymore.

Here is a solution for the quickest way:

take a rallycar, drive it to the quarry.... go berserk. that´s all. jumps jumps jumps jumps jumps

if you wanna go real berserk: hoonigan focus, carskill upgrade and go berserk in the windmillpark. hit the gas and never stop it. i made 1000000 skillpoints there without any trouble

Easy. Just took the Jaguar C-X75 from the Bond pack ( or an S car ) to Astmoor area of the map and just mashed the accelerator. Hop hills, crash through things, drift. The perk with that keeps the combo alive for a crash is good for this.

Quick way to get this is drive around Astmoor, the lower right side of the map. Most of the trees are breakable and there's barely any traffic so you can freely go for for Air skills, drifting and wreckage.

I used Mini Cooper '65 and had Natural drifter, Wreckage weapon and Wombo combo to boost my multiplier to 5X. Drifted around for a while aiming for wreckage and jumps.

no upgrades needed, though mastery skills do make it easier. get a x5.0 multiplier going and build up just 40,000 point (just to be on the safe side) & you will get the 195,300 required in no time.

This is a lot easier than it sounds. As you race, you generate a Skill Chain for doing things like going fast, drafting behind cars, passing and more. The skill chain stays active and multiples the longer you keep it going uninterrupted. Crashing into walls, building, large trees or using rewind will end your skill tree. I got this driving off-road on hilly terrain. Just continue to alternate between skills (airborne, drifting, speed, landscaping, etc.) Unlocking perks in your cars mastery that relate to Skill Chain helps as well. I got my skill chain up to 35,000 with a x6 multiplier to unlock the achievement. See the video below.
