i know i managed to have most of the boards and alien stuff get discovered as i was driving around getting the roads, even if my house wasnt upgraded enough to start collecting them, so i just needed the location of one or two of each.

The other solution was helpful, but it took a while for me to find every location using the map because I like to mark each location first. With that said, here's a map with every bonus board location:

I recommend downloading this on your phone and opening your phone's photo editor, going over any boards you've collected with a different colour (I used blue).
