How to unlock the Get Rich and Drive Tryin' achievement in Forza Horizon 4 - Definitive Guide

It is very likely that to do these challenges you will need to use the best tune available on the in-game tune-up download area inside the festival garage.

When you have done each task, a colourful treasure chest will spawn in a certain area of the map, and it'll be surrounded by coloured shields (in the world, not on the map). If you have the treasure map add on, you can fast travel to the chest on the map.

Treasure #1: Coffers Of The Tyrant King
The massive truck stomps around like a T-Rex, roar through the Speed Zone at Festival's Apex.

Treasure #2: Pillars Of Gold
The Needle Climb has been known to intimidate, when set adrift in an Italian four-five-eight.

Treasure #3: The Swiftest Chariot
A sixty-five wild horse blazed across the USA, follow its trail at Viking Bay.

Treasure #4: From Ruins To Riches
These buildings stood tall, but now have fallen. Jump over them in a three-wheeled Morgan.

This house shines like a star, jump to it in a Classic Muscle car.

Treasure Location Note: This treasure is on the small island with a jetty and a metal ladder on it, in the south part of Westwick Castle Lake. The way I used to get this treasure was doing a massive jump from the west of the treasure over the lake so that you land on the island. According to commenters, it is possible to use an off-road vehicle to climb up the edge of the rocks around this mini island, however, when I tried, I couldn't do it, so I resorted to the huge jump. Hope this helps!

Just throwing this out there, I completed most of these without getting three stars in stock vehicles.

I will say that I already three starred the PR stunts beforehand though.

Thanks Manic. I posted what *I* did for them. I'm not sure of the full requirements but three stars DEFINITELY unlocks the treasure chests. Lower stars may also do so.

I did the Trailblazer for #3 and only got one star. It was enough to give me the clue.

I got less than 3 stars on 1,2,3,4,7,8,10 and still got the "Riddle Solved" I did complete one of them with 0 stars but it didn't solve the riddle

I did the 458 Italia on the Needle Climb Drift Zone and 3 starred it on my first attempt and it not unlock the riddle for it.

@SweptbackFlame Are you SURE you have unlocked the treasure task? Also, are you SURE you got three stars, and it wasn't just displaying a previous 3 star attempt record?

Actually, I think I know what happened... When I did it the first time, I was rewinding a bunch to get the best score that I could, and it eventually the score tracking disappeared. But I did complete the drift zone and it gave me 3 stars and it counted towards the drift achievement. Anyways, I went back and it worked.

I got #8 with one star. So far it seems that as long as you get the right vehicle and the right location, you're good to go. Still have #10 to do.
Edit: For #9 I had to upgrade the car to get it.
I used my 69 Charger for #10. I suspect any pre-1980 American Muscle car will do it.

For #10 you don’t have to jump onto the island. I was able to scramble up it using a stock Polaris RZR by approaching somewhat slowly from the west side.

Good guide, shares the essential information and is easy to follow.

One tip I'd give is to wait until you reach Stage 10 of Island Conqueror, buy all of the required cars and then solve all of the riddles at once. After that get into your preferred Cross-Country car and drive through all the chests at the same time.

The entire process took me about 30 minutes.

If you are having trouble getting onto the island for "Treasure #10: Risk and Reward" either by jumping or scrambling try this method:
Start 'Fortune's Rush Cross Country' up near 'The Giant's Dolmen';
At around 50% of the race there is a jump onto the island.
Quit the race while you are on the island. You should then be returned to the game and sitting on the island, smash the Treasure Chest and then you can get the bonus board on the jetty.

Including exactly where the treasure is located would be most helpful. I've been searching for the treasure for #3 for quite a while now. The pictures are obnoxiously vague and your guide doesn't provide any assistance.

@Mike The reason why I didn't include pictures of the treasures is because it's impossible to get them without starting a whole new game, once you've collected them. When I did try and give directions, people complained about me giving spoilers.

Number 10 also works with a Forza Edition car. I used my FE Chevy Nova SS and it did the trick stock.
You can do plenty stock, but whether you want to deal with the time associated with trying is up to you, especially if you aren't too experienced.

I got 'riddle solved' on the 458 Italia task even though I had not run the drift zone yet, plus I only got 2 stars. Its possible that only 'certain' ones require three stars. Some of them say 3 star in the riddle. I think THOSE are the only ones where 3 star is required.

Nice guide! Thumbs up from me. You can run full speed at the last treasure island and ramp up the rock wall kinda funny. I think you'd be toast in real life. I used the Ariel Nomad and i was able to ramp every time for anyone that is having problems.

Number 2 can also be done in a 2013 Ferrari 458 Speciale.

Number 10 can (probably) be any car from the Classic Muscle group. I used a 1970 Plymouth Hemi Cuba Convertible Barrett-Jackson Edition (what a mouthful laugh).

Correction, you can get on to the island in a Polaris. There is a section that you can climb over the rocks. That's what i did.

Can I just say that I really enjoyed this achievement! Solving some of the riddles and locating some of the treasure chests was a bit of a challenge but was well worth it, thank you FH4!!!
