Super Wheelspins are an upgraded version of the regular Wheelspin, where you win three prizes instead of one.
Super Wheelspins can be earned in the following ways:
> As part of your initial rewards for being an owner of the VIP (available separately but also included in Deluxe and Ultimate Editions of the game).
> As part of your Loyalty Rewards when you begin playing the game for the very first time (see Rewards.ForzaMotorsport.net for details)
> As one of the rewards you get for reaching various Tier levels in Horizon Life.
> As a reward for purchasing the Croftdale Farm Player House. (Thanks to BraveDude8 in the comments)
> Super Wheelspins can also be purchased in the #Forzathon Ship for 150FP.

You can also buy Croftdale Farm up in the north of the map for 200k which gives a Super Wheelspin.

How does the Loyalty Rewards option work? I signed up on that website but I don't see Super Wheelspin anywhere.

Super Wheelspins are basically three wheelspins in one. There are several different ways to get a Super Wheelspin (comes with the VIP pass, awarded for playing prior Forza games, hitting certain levels). Once you complete the wheelspin the achievement will unlock.
