for completing all chapters with 3 stars this achievement will pop when all chapters are done. I Do Recommend going for both at the same time considering its very simple!

I agree, this is the easiest time I've had getting three stars on all the chapters!

I unlocked "Going the Extra Mile" achievement for 27 stars but that one doesn't unlock. I started another mission to unlock but no way :-(
