How to unlock the Never Tell Me the Odds achievement in Forza Horizon 4 - Definitive Guide
Solution for the lazy people:
1. get a peel p50 and have 69k credits ready
(The peel p50 is a summer barnfind car. You will obtain it while getting the barnfind achievement anyways.)
2. download my drag peel tuning setups. the car will take off like a space rocket now.
3. drive to the drag strip at the festival area and start a race there
4. laugh your asses off as soon as you witness the pandemonium
this insane car will run the strip in under 9.5 :D
PS: some people mentioned minor issues so here is help
1. ofc (if possible) fast travel to the dragstrip on the festival. this car cant drive in a straight line
2. if you cant find my tune, just do it by yourself. buy the best parts available.

I'd be shocked if anyone downvoted this ... I mean, the name of the blueprint is a massive thumbs up on its own lol

The Peel P50 is a Barn Find you can only find while playing during the Summer Season.
If you do not own one you can attempt to purchase one via the Auction House, or Rent one in races where that option is available.
Assuming you have a Peel P50, the easiest way to get this Achievement is to head into [Upgrades & Tuning] > [Conversions] > [Engine Swap} and add the Motorbike Engine. This will give you a large power boost.
Next, head to any Drag Strip (there's one on the Horizon Festival Site) and create a Blueprint where all drivers are restricted to cards from the Manufacturer Peel. Drivatars will not use Conversion Upgrades so you will have a significant advantage over them; win the race and the Achievement's yours.

Can confirm its a barn find found in summer season. I just won the achievement "fair and square" by simply starting a point to point race with all the same cars. It was a bit slow but even with very experienced drivatars it was easy to do as you move too slow to run into any kind of trouble

I made a tune and a blueprint for this for my son's and I. I managed to get the Peel to run a 9-second drag race. A better driver could probably break 9 seconds with my tune.
Go to the Drag Strip near the Festival Site
The Blueprint: "Peel Me a Drag"
The Tune: "EasyPeelsy"
The Paint: "ClowningAround" (It's a dead clown)

Once you got the Peel P50 from the Barn Find or through the Auction House, here's the step by step:
1st - Go to the Horizon Festival Drag Strip, which is close to the main Festival site.
2nd - Choose Solo, and then the last option on the right, in that case, to select a custom race.
3rd - Search the gamertag "Demon Fox 00117" and select the race.
4th - Before you start the race, make sure the drivatar settings is selected as "New Racer".
And that's it. Finish the race and the achievement will pop for you!

To unlock this achievement you'll need a Peel P50 car. Its one of the barn finds you get while working on "Antique Restorer". Simply win a race in an event in this car and the achievement will unlock.

We find and restore a rarity car. Easy, we pass the very first drag near the Festival site.

The code for the created race is 667756325, use it if you are too lazy to create the race yourself. This is drag at the festival, don’t forget to first pump up your peel50 at least a little more than D100, you can also set everything to minimum in the difficulty settings if it doesn’t work out at all, although I very much doubt it.
