This one was quite easy. Instead of taking that first right just keep going straight. Eventually it will adjust your route accordingly. Follow the route from there as normal. Just be mindful of traffic cars and you should easily get a 3 star time with little or no damage (if your skill at driving is better than mine that is)
Like with a lot of the Top Gear story, it isn't exactly faster to follow the exact route they give you. It wouldn't surprise me if the same holds with the rest of this latest Horizon Story.

This is very easy, but it's not tracking or unlocking either this achievement or updating tracking for 27 stars??? Done it 3 times well within the time and earned 3 stars each time. 1st one updated fine.

Same here with the bug. The achievement says “Chapter Two”. Is it necessary to complete
pt. 1 to unlock 2nd Chapter?

im one of those people who prefer video guides over text guides so here is a video of me getting the achievement.
as you can see i made a few mistakes during my run but still managed to get there in time with 20s to spare.
