You can get this Achievement really fast by selecting the last chapter in chapter select. After completing the last chapter the achievement will unlock.
Edit: since the update of 12 march it is probably no longer possible to get it with the fast way. You must do them all now. Thanks to @Lurking Lawyer for the information

Have updatet all solutions with the location on the map. They're all on the main island.

The achievement descriptions should be “Complete the tenth chapter of...” - which is why they are flagged as Buggy+.
The other chapters are not hard and are enjoyable, but the one for getting 3 stars on every chapter can be tough, so I would fire up the game as soon as possible to grab those.
The order of these are the order that they appear in game. And i use spoilers so it doesn't clutter too much, i do realize that i have the same info in a lot of them. But that is course not all info applies to all.
But for ALL of them, just try again until you get it, you will learn the "track"! If you are going for 3 stars on all of them, if you don't make it, either > Restart event or after finish! You CAN do it! May the spirits of Obtainable Achievements be with you
Making Friends and Influencing People...
1 star 25,000; 2 stars 75,000; 3 stars 320,000 If you are going for the 3 Stars (320,000points) then try to get a skill multiplier to 5 and the skill count to a MINIMUM of 64,000 (320000/5 = 64000)
This one is one of the most difficult ones. Rewind does NOT work! You will just rewind and your skill score will be lost! I had TCS and STM off ( > Settings > Difficulty Settings > 5 and 6 on the list) and manual so i could kontroll the gear (Low gear = High RPM = Loss of grip = Skill points/score) You need to go slightly Left from where you start and drive almost straight to the finish and you should make it in time with more than 1 min left on the clock. If you don't hit the score target then just take a longer route and try again (i needed 4 tyres hitting trees, roks in the stream and hale bales)
Super Sport
1 star 75,000; 2 stars 185,000; 3 stars 285,000 For the 3 Stars (285,000points) then try to get a skill multiplier to 5 and the skill count to a MINIMUM of 57,000 (285000/5 = 57000)
This one you might get almost by accident! Rewind does NOT work! You will just rewind and your skill score will be lost! But turn TCS and STM off ( > Settings > Difficulty Settings > 5 and 6 on the list) and manual so i could kontroll the gear (Low gear = High RPM = Loss of grip = Skill points/score) Then you just slipping and sliding to the finish line. No major obstacles in the whey (just some trees).
Show Me...
1 star 12 Near Misses; 2 stars 24; 3 stars 45 I had Manual with clutch (manual or Auto with throttle control will work to) ( > Settings > Difficulty Settings > 7 on the list)
This one requires a bit of luck! The game need to squan in cars for you to miss. That's why i kept it in 3 gear so cars had a chance to squan in, if you don't get all 45 just try again and you will get it! Drive on the Right side of the road (against the traffic) on 3 gear and try to miss all the cars.
Open Roads

Scout
1 star 15 air; 2 stars 25 airs; 3 stars 50 air You can set the Difficulty settings to what you want.
Go back and forth on the straight in the middle if Mud Kickers.
Industrial Playground

Drift around and try to get Sideswiped and Destruktion skills along with Drift and E-drift.
Skill and Control

Do to this one, go right at the beginning almost straight to the finish line sign and keap straight until you see the wind turbines and keap the forest to your left.
Keep going straight with forest on the left and wind turbines on the left. When you don't see any turbines on to your left (if you are looking straight forward) and you are at a clearcut you need to start braking, course a big drop will happen.
Go down that drop and straight to the road, and turn left and go straight past the T intersection (if you still need skill points then to the right of the road is a line of fences and after that on the left there is buches) and after a bit turn left in the 4 way intersection (if you still need points you can take a shortcut right before the 4 way intersection and go thru the woods). Hopefully now you have +180,000 and 3 stars on this one
GP

On this one drive straight until you hit trees that you can drive down! Once there just circle in the ther, When you turn you use E-Brake or drift and when going straight hit as many trees as possible.
Dodge this

You can do it with TCS and STM On, and with Automatic gear.
Drive down the right side (against traffic) so that you rack up Ultimate near misses worth 1,000points per miss, when you reach the roundabout turn around and drive down the right side (against traffic) and when you reach the roundabout on the other side. Turn around and drive down the right side. do this until you hit the target.
Victory Lap
1 star 7,500; 2 stars 150,000; 3 stars 265,000 For the 3 Stars (265,000points) then try to get a skill multiplier to 5 and the skill count to a MINIMUM of 53,000 (265000/5 = 53000)
This is one of the difficult ones. Rewind does NOT work! You will just rewind and your skill score will be lost! I had TCS and STM off ( > Settings > Difficulty Settings > 5 and 6 on the list) and manual so i could kontroll the gear (Low gear = High RPM = Loss of grip = Skill points/score)
When you drive have it in 2 gear and use E-brake to extent the score. From the start go straight to the finish line sign, and you will come to a drop and there you will go left and over a bridge (do a small E-Brake slide to keep up the score. After that keep on E-braking left and right while you go towards the finish line.

Try not to do these in summer. Driest conditions equal most grip. Literally any other season is better.
