for the metric guys: it should unlock at 290km/h
and for the money savers: the 290km/h can be done without any upgrades or tunings (winter season), but tbh it took me more than 1 try to pass it with 291km/h ;)

I'll be honest, it's a Koenigsegg, it'll hit this while stock which I managed first try. Just give yourself enough of a run up then floor it when you have no more turns.

Biggest piece with the tune, just do the engine swap for the twin turbo. You'll get a 10 speed and will clear 200MPH

You get this car after you enter the 5th round of the island conqueror and find the chest.

Be sure to pump up the car, you couldn’t drive more than 280 km on a custom car
