After loading up the game after installing this DLC, a marker will appear on your map instructing you to go to Fortune Island (this is just south of Bamburgh Castle on the east coast). After a cutscene followed by a short drive you will unlock this achievement when you arrive at the Dock (the new Horizon Festival Location)!
