How to unlock the You should take a rest! achievement in Forza Horizon 4 - Definitive Guide
#FORZATHON Live events start at the top of every hour. They will appear on the map as a big pink circle 10 minutes before it starts, and you will get a notification on screen 5 minutes before it starts. Drive to the circle and wait before it hits the top of the hour, and you will be included in the event. Then just complete all 3 rounds to finish the event. Do this twice more in consecutive hours (Ex: doing the 5:00, 6:00, and 7:00 event) to complete the achievement.
When doing the event, please participate in all rounds. It's no fun when 3-4 people are doing all the work and 10+ are just sitting around waiting.

The circle on the map stays there for three minutes after the start, so you can afford to be a bit late.
Issues that can arise from Live events include being disconnected midway through them (happened to me twice in a row today), and there being too little players to complete all three events, given the targets would be impossibly high. Will need someone to confirm you don't need to complete all three each time, otherwise this can be pretty luck-based.

I fully completed 3 but it didn't pop, I had to do a 4th hour as well.
Another thing people may not know is you can use fast travel during the events, so to save time when the next destination is a few miles away I always do that. Also on jump events it can sometimes take a while to drive back to the top but with fast travel you can save loads of time.

This can be a hassle, but the main point is that you don't need to stay 3 hours in-game, the events will become available 10 minutes before the next hour, just be there at least 5 minutes earlier and do 3 rounds of the live event. YOU NEED TO COMPLETE ALL THE ROUNDS 3 TIMES IN TOTAL, which means that if you are playing and there's little crowd to do the event, skip it and wait for a proper time, if you do 2 rounds with 3 events each and the last round you complete only 2 this won't work, for example, so complete all rounds 3 times in a row.

Actually, I did it the other day and jumped in, did one of the three rounds of each live event, then left and did my own thing, like work on collecting the bonus boards or something else and still got the achievement. You just have to be in the pink circle on time and be involved in one of the three events.
Plus 1 for good info though.

I can confirm, you do not need to complete all 3 rounds, I did this with 2 rounds of 2 and a round of 1, just as long as 1 round is completed it counts

Not a guide but more like a warning. I was on my 3rd Forzathon and my game decided to disconnect me randomly mid-match. When I reconnected, I couldn't participate in the Forzathon but I waited 1 hr for me to get the achievement. Did not unlock it after that final completion.
So advice is: If you disconnect from Forza's servers at all, the game will register it as a new start.

This is still possible in 2023, as of writing this in June 17, 2023.
The main strat is to be online before the 10 minute countdown and keep searching for new Horizon Life Sessions until you have at least 3 to 5 other players.
I sit at the Forzathon circle at 10 min.
At 4 min, I keep hopping sessions until I have 3 to 5 people.
Do this on the weekends or Friday nights as more people are interested for some reason.
Also, after 10pm Central, there seem to be more cooperative people. Idk why lol.

Similar to "There’s No 'I' in Team" just complete 3 #FORZATHON Live events in a row to unlock this achievement. These events will spawn once every hour and you will have to do 3 events over the course of 3 hours. Skipping an event or leaving the game has been known to reset your streak so it’s recommended that you do this in one sitting.

Forzathon Live starts in real time every hour, at 00 minutes sharp, with a notification appearing 10 minutes before the start. The essence of the achievement is to complete 3 such events in a row. It is not necessary to do this in one session, you can just go about your business and as soon as there are 10 minutes left before the start of the next hour, be sure to go into free mode, connect to the session and teleport to the event. It is advisable that there are enough people in the session, since all 3 rounds must be won.
