Hello Everyone.
Here's a quick way to complete achievement:
Press
when you are at free roam and the menu should pop up, from there go to Creative Hub tab and press 
on The Horizon Super7, from Super7 menu select top left button that says "Challenge Cards" and then press to enter search area, and enter this code in Share code section right above the confirm button:
Share Code: 948 791 361
and after you entered the code press confirm and now you should see a Challenge called "Take a Photo and Enjoy".
this is a challenge in Mercedes AMG One with drag tune which you can also enjoy the speed beside taking a photo of the car for the achievement.

On Test Driver: Horizon Rush story on the 3rd mission (High Jump) you must jump with the 2021 Mercedes-AMG One at a danger sign. There you can take the photo and complete the achievement :)

If you don't own the Mercedes-AMG One the easiest way to get a photo of it is to start a Road Race with an S2 Hypercar (If you've previously played Forza Horizon 4 you should have received the free Loyalty Reward car 2018 McLaren Senna which is perfect for this) if not, any S2 Hypercar will do.
Once the race has started, immediately press "up" on the
to enter Photo Mode and photograph the cars on the starting grid (look behind you too). Within a race or two the Mercedes-AMG One should show up.

by far the easiest way to do this is to take a photo when you load up a race somebody else has made that forces you to use the 2021 mercedes-amg one
you can do this by going to the creative hub in the pause menu and then super 7 ... challenge cards ... search ... enter a share code you have (i used 958 065 356)
once the race has loaded simply press up on the d pad and press a to take a photo , thats it

Instead of entering a code or waiting to purchase the car you can do the following method. For the first Mission of the Horizon Story "Horizon Origins - Horizon Mexico" you'll have to race your friend Scott in a Mercedes AMG-One. At the beginning of the race just press up on the D-Pad, take a Photo of your car and the achievement will pop :)

Taking a photo here is the easiest bit (it's up on the d-pad), getting the Mercedes-AMG ONE, not so much. Why? Because it's 2.7m credits to buy. Luckily you can actually buy it and don't have to rely on RNG, but with this and some of the super expensive houses, you might have to just grind out a ton of races. Remember, the higher the difficulty too, the more credits and experience you'll earn at the end of a race.
One hot tip though: one of the best way to get credits is from Wheelspins (and Super Wheelspins), and the best way to get them is by levelling up, but sometimes, on new cars, you can get Wheelspins from a specific car's 'Car Mastery' - AKA the skill perks for that car. If you have a load of cars and left over perk points (you'll be drowning in them before long), then look through to see whether you can get Wheelspins that way (there's also some credit tiles every so often as well).
But yeah, take a photo of the Mercedes-AMG ONE and get this achievement.
