This appears to currently be unobtainable

This should now be available. Downloading the patch released today (26-Jul-2022) should allow it to be unlocked, and should be retroactive if you have already got the in-game award.
It may be slightly delayed with it popping, so try rebooting the game, changing into the Ford Bronco or complete an in-game event/Horizon Open.

Solution
You'll first need to get your hands on the Bronco Ford 2021, found under the Ford section in the shop. You can purchase it from the show for 55,000 CR or try and get it cheaper at auction.

From there, you can tune your car if you'd like, but this isn't required. If you do decide to tune it, make sure you only choose S2 or lower.
Then hit cn_start, use cn_RB to go along to Online, then choose Horizon Open.
On that screen, scroll right to select Custom Racing. Then select whatever type of racing series that you'd like, then set the performance class to match that of your newly acquired car (mine was S1).
From there, simply join a game and complete it, making sure you select the correct car when you are able to do so. It doesn't matter which position you are in, you don't even need to finish, once the race is over, you should get the in-game award Back in the Saddle, then the achievement should also pop.

Don't know why people are downvoting this. It's good to know, and you're right - based off various reports on TA these are unobtainable currently, retro or doing them fresh.

I reckon the tracked player is a dev etc for PG. They started the game in Feb 21, 9 months before it was released.

I have a suspicion that the one tracked person possibly has something to do with Playground Games, as they were also one of the first to play the Hot Wheels expansion. I hope that means there is a fix for it that will be rolled out soon.

No sorry, also I played the expansion for some hours and tried the achievement after that.

The game counts the challenge ingame actually but don’t unlock the achievement.

All I had to do was get into the 2021 Ford Bronco and both popped as the requirements had been met prior. You don't need to set up a race or enter a race or even use both cars.

The latest Horizon 5 patch has fixed this issue - Achievement Popped after updating and playing for a couple of minutes

If you’ve already fulfilled the requirements, both pop retroactively no matter what, a minute or two after loading the game. You don’t have to get into either of these two vehicles.

Its been an hour or so since i got both AMG and Bronco. In game notification popped up right away but on Steam the achievements are still incomplete. Hope I get them and not get glitched >:I

I just went and checked and it's very much still there.

They loaded up and put me into a game, where I chose the car and then finished the race.

I bet you anything they'll go live when the series 10 update actually comes out as we're still in series 9 but I could be wrong since every other achievment is obtainable atm for this lol

It's in their known list of issues, it wouldn't be in their known issues on their development blog if it was supposed to unlock when Series 10 dropped.

You will need the 2021 Ford Bronco in your garage. This car can be purchased from the autoshow for 55,000 credits; however, auction house prices change regularly, so check there too.

Then, enter the Horizon Open menu and select a Custom Race. Make sure to choose the car class that your Ford Bronco is and choose the car to race with. This will unlock at the end of the event.

Choose a Ford Bronco 2021 car, go ONLINE->HORIZON OPEN->YOUR RACES. Any class and type of race. Finish in one race (you don't have to win) and the trophy will appear.
