This will unlock for maxing out your rank with all three teams and completing all of their Challenges. Most of these challenges are based around story progression; however, similar to the Hot Wheels DLC, some challenges require you to photograph a specific vehicle in a specific area or drive from one section of the map to another within a time limit. All challenges are viewable in the Team menu as you gain reputation ranks and can be pinned so you can easily track progress.
