To earn this achievement you just need to complete each of the 6 Drift Club Mexico chapters with at least 1 star.
Complete each chapter wit 3 star will also unlock

Just be sure to disable Traction control, stability control and Braking anti-lock, and you shouldn't have any problem.
Remember that you don't have to follow the GPS, nor reach the end line. You just have to rank up drift points!
If you're short in points, use all of your remaining time to score some more. There's plenty of time to use!
