*Update 11th October* i booted and replayed the 7th mission/story thread and it unlocked for me.
Fairly straight forward, just look for the story icon on the map to get started. Yellow icon with "mexico" written across it.
Took me less than an hour to do all 9 chapters, 2 of the chapters are a splitting branch for choosing which car to race in so make sure you go back to race in the other.
Fair warning, despite completing all these chapters my achievement hasnt yet popped.

The update doesn't come out until the 11th wake up and look at the release date says it right on the side if you click on the dlc list itself

I’m pretty sure they’ll update game in one hour, at the time seasons changing. Finished Made in Mexico, achievement is not popping yet

Yes it does pop after the update. My 3 stars actually popped right in main menu and this one around 2 min later

Yes I could actually start te game and play it, without getting a notification that the game has an update. So check if you have an update first! The achievement won't pop if you don't update your game first.

Just in case anyone isnt getting it yet despite already completing it before update. Launch the final race and it should pop. Worked for me!

updated my game and 3-stared chapter 9 of made in mexico.. still 0% on made in mexico and v.u.h.l achievements..

Start a new save and play the Xbox One version of this game to unlock this. That is what worked for me to get these bugged achievements(Made in Mexico, V.U.H.L, and Memory Lane).

The Steam achievements are working but the Windows ones are fully bugged, unlocking the wrong ones all over the place.

No achievement for me and not really sure what else to do. I've completed all chapters in this one and done them all to 3 stars. I've also gone through this whole story twice yet it still won't pop for me and neither will the V.U.H.L. achievement. Both show as completed in the game. Completely bugged achievements.
