I've just did the final daily challenge, having 262 of 263 points and unfortunately no achievement so far. This time Playground Games really was a disappointment.

It looks like I have a bug for the first season of Series 2. The Blazing Thunder Treasure Hunt will not unlock as I have already 3 starred every Trailblazer. Anyone else with this problem?

wow, I was 262/263 in series 1, now I was to see my serie 1 (I don'know why), and I am 250/263. What's the problem with this people?

When I check my series 1 progress I am at 192. I was also at 262.

Well the other treasure hunt is called Too Cool to Air so I’m gonna say that will be bugged for people who have done all the danger signs as well 😂

Treasure Hunt for Series 2 week 1 is bugged. If you already did all trailblazers you're out but even for the rest of people who didn't 3 starring a trailblazer might not unlock chest location.

The treasure hunt issue this week has been added to the known bugs list:
Hopefully it either gets fixed before the week is out, or they can at least add a few points to everyone's series totals so no one is left short at the end of the series again.

This is bugged for me as well. I already completed all the trail blazers to 3 *** . Now, no matter what I do, the treasure map location does not unlock, so there is no treasure. Question is, do we continue to try to get everything else for the achievement, (ie a month' worth of grinding) in the hope that a patch will fix this somehow, or do we just give up now and wait for another month to start trying again?

This one gets a lot of attention from players even outside of the achievement community. I would say there is a good chance they fix this before Thursday.

My eliminator daily won't unlock, despite actually winning it the first time I attempted it

I suppose the only good thing is that we know there are glitches this month during the first week, nothing more frustrating than going through the whole months challenges only to find out your not getting the achievement because you finished the game too quickly

Honestly this achievement is overkill. Doing EVERYTHING in a series is a lot especially considering pvp MP events are a part of it as well. I don’t know who thought it was a good idea to change it. It’s bugged, it takes 4 weeks to complete and it’s so time consuming just for 20 gamescore lmao. They should really change it back to seasonal championships

@Hayate188, I got that as well. Started with 12 points. Those are the Open Co-op ones for every season, so that’s why we started with 12 points (also bugged, 4x3 points). For me the first Co-op was visible unlocked at the start of the serie, the other three are still unlocked visually, but I received the accolade for completing those four in 1 serie. That’s why I know the 12 points are from those objectives.

Anybody heard something if they are looking into it before Thursday?

The Fallback Series runs if the game can't connect to the servers. Each series has Summer, Fall, Winter, and Spring just like the online series. I won't be able to confirm that it counts towards the achievement until the series ends, but I'm still going to try since there is probably a better chance of it working than of them fixing the Treasure Hunt bug before the online Summer playlist ends.

So I've worked through most of the events today only to find that I've completely wasted my time as the treasure hunt is glitched

I don't know weather to carry on and hope for the best or just leave it and try again when the next series starts.

@Miojo666 Yeah hopefully they fix it tomorrow! Also, the Horizon Wilds photo wasn't working for me either at first (I'm assuming because I had already done it in the online playlist). However, I was able to get it by restarting my Xbox. Hope this helps!

@JNaDa Weird. Resetting my xbox didn't seem to do anything. I even plugged it out of the outlet and nothing. Another weird thing is that it seems like I have two active challenges in the spring season for some reason

According to Forza Support on Twitter an update should be available today if testing is ok, we'll see if it corrects the trail blazers bug, we don't know exactly what problems it adresses.

That’s ‘maybe’ close to the next serie. I hope they fix it but I don’t trust this situation looking at serie 1, where an update made the achievement unobtainable. Somewhere I want to take the risk for this serie and hope they have a solution in week 4. But there is a big change that it will be wasted time.

Unbelievable, before they said it’s Thanksgiving time and now in mid December they are already celebrating Christmas…i don’t want to complain, but it can’t be that hard to find a workaround. Unlock the glitched challenges for everybody for example.

They should take off 3 points from requeriments to finish the season, on series 1 they increased from 247 to 263 and many couldn't achieve due to bugged stuffs.

They said they would take a holiday break. So by the time series 3 starts they'll have fixed nothing. By this point I'd assume something in series 3 will break as well. So hopefully series 4 will be the one.

I have just closed the game and reloaded and it is now showing complete so now only missing the blazing thunder treasure hunt. I wish the would stop ramming eliminator challenges down your throat. I didn’t like it in FH4 and still don’t like it now

Daily Challenge Grand Touring is also bugging out. Completed 3 Horizon Tours with 3 different GT cars and it won't unlock. Even got GT accolades for completing them.

Yeah I gave up on this series a couple weeks ago when the comments PPG were making made it seem like they weren't eager to patch the treasure hunt or retroactively pop it. I’ll try again next season and probably encounter another bug that stops me from getting it.

its just me or the seasonal championship doesn't counting? I did all the races twice, 1° st place and it didn't unlock. I am almost giving up this shit game

I had that issue with the seasonal championship before too. What I did was finish the races in the order they appear and also set the drivetar difficulty to “highly skilled” before I started the championship. It seemed to count after that.

Yeah the actual championships are not counting for me 🤦🏻‍♂️ god this winds me up. And ColzoH you're right.... Does seem like a weekly chore. I think the game is great in some aspects. If it wasn't buggy. People won't moan as much.

Just doing them again and it's working..... What I have done... In settings. Set it to highly skilled as normal. Then play the championship you want. When you press X to start the championship, it'll open 3 events with white signs. I'm doing those signs in order they appear when they come on the map. So far so good on 2 championships. Just finished all 3 😅

Can I ask why I had 263/266 on series 2? And I get on today and now I have 251/266?

Isn't it the rival one ? It's the same for all month long. So it gives the amount of point for every week if you complete it just once, it's not a bug this time ahah.

This is going to be a tedious one - I didn't try for it at launch b/c of how glitched the playlists were, and I missed the start to the second. Hopefully the third festival playlist in a few weeks I can handle. It seems like the margin for error on this one is non-existent.

Currently doing this as part of series 3. 1 week done and second going OK so far, just have to pray for the other two seasons!

For horizon open, I have won multiple playground games, and it is not registering. When did you quit the open? Right after the win? After the 3 events?

For the Horizon Open challenge this week I managed to be King for the longest in a team game from the playground events in the Horizon menu. We lost the match 2-1 but i still got the spoilt for choice challenge.

You need to actually win a race(the hard way) or in PPG come top in say a King/Flag/ Infected round. As in be the player who is king the longest or score the most flags etc.
In my case I was the player who was king the longest. My team only had 3 players on it. We even lost the match 2-1

Guys, you have to win only one event out of the 3 in the Horizon Open, example: I won a game of delivering solo flags and managed to complete the challenge.

For those having trouble with Horizon Open Playground Games, I finally got mine to unlock. I won multiple rounds and won the group of three twice, and no luck. Each time, I quit after the awards. Finally, I played playground team games twice in a row, and it finally popped after winning the second group of three. This appears to be a glitch affecting some players, and I solved mine with this method.

Im playing since lunch but i focused on this achievement in series 3. This series seems to be the easiest and smoothest so far.

For people struggling with...... Horizon Open challenge - spoilt for choice.

You have to be the top player in your team in 1 round/event, and you cant draw with someone else. There was couple of times i got the same flag counts as another top person.

I played all 3 rounds just to be sure, but I came top in 1 round (the longest survivor time running away from the zombies). win or lose i dont think it matters. Just come top.
when all events where done, it said 'quit' at the bottom. I did that and returned to the main world, and it then popped up on my screen.

Actually you have to be the top player out of both teams, even though it's a team game it still scores it like solo PGG. So if you capture 5 flags but someone on the other team captures 6 they will get the top spot. I found this out the hard way when I kept getting the top score on my team but someone on the opposite team would have a higher score than me.

The achievement can be unlocked using the fallback series. If you bought the game, you can take the Xbox offline and adjust the date to complete the series. No online challenges, though one daily challenge requires winning a showcase, and if you've completed all of them you have to lose instead.

Cheers for clarifying that mate i just went ant checked it out and it works. Can see this as a very easy method including completing the smashables achievement also. If it wasnt so late into the series id just bang this out but bugger it im just going to wait until series 4 and then grind it for another month. I shouldve had the achievement pop tomorrow but i missed 1 daily ( well technically i did drive 100mph in an exhibition) but i didnt realise it didnt count in co op races :(

Haha I feel your pain! Just finished that Chaos arcade challenge and I loudly exclaimed PG to go f*** themselves with their obvious efforts to make this harder than it needs to be just to up the hours people play but do NOT enjoy themselves..

Finally done with this cursed achievement. I just need one more smashable and hopefully they don't make any more seasonal achievements after that.

Anyone knows how to get the 2018 Deberti F-150 prerunner? It is required for one of the challenges… it’s not in the shop. Only from the wheel spins? So if we don’t get lucky we can’t get the achievement this month?

Series 2 has still not been fixed as of 2/17. The recent hot fix means a solution is still realistically a minimum of 2 weeks out. (Was in “final testing” with the Series 4 release). Can’t speak to how people have been unlocking in the last 48 hours.

Got my achievement today after the patch. Didn't unlock straight away for me either, not even looking at the series history. Though after a few minutes of idling in freeroam it finally unlocked.

Mine didnt pop for series 2 as 3 daily on season 4 says not unlocked when it did unlocked it and had gold on it. I have no idea why it was removed. One thing i can think of it is i did them day after series 3 came on. Look like i will have to try again on series 5 which im not keen on.

I can be able to complete most of the challenges/championship but it’s always the trail that gets me almost every damned time

@RAVENxSPEEDSTER same with me, I gave up on the trial this week, I will try again next season. I think I tried the Ford Focus Trial about 20 times, would never even get close of winning races 2 and 3. A lot of players just leave the trial after race 2.

@Stark Marine, people leaving the Trial actually makes it easier! If there are only 3 players left in the second round, for example, the most any enemy car can score is 300 points. Even if your three cars come in 3th, 4th, and 5th, that's 600 points for the other team and 1200 for yours!

Does anyone know how to fix the "Unable to join session" error which makes it impossible to complete one of the challenges this week?

It's not my equipment because I've tried on two PC's, two Xboxes, xCloud, and even two different internet connections. All the same issue.

Edit: Finally got it to work when playing on Xbox one! Try that if you're having troubles.

^ The offline series doesn't have any Hot Wheels challenges. Worst case, you have to take your Xbox/PC offline for a month of challenges (unless you bought the game; then you can change the date offline and get them done quicker).

For this Season's Summer Series, i'm at 56/63 with all events and challenges complete . However, i assume the remaining 7 points are relative to Hot Wheels. Anyone know if this has any bearing on this Achievement? Can this be doable without having purchased the DLC?

I suppose i'll continue and perhaps answer my question in three weeks.

The achievement description was changed to specify "Non Expansion playlist events". So there's the answer to your question. However, PGG should not be trusted and I have a feeling they have definitely broken it somehow lol

The current weekly challenge ("setting the pace", series 10 autumn) is glitched. A number of people including myself have lost all progress and the challenge will not trigger again.

NVM, you can just play the racing events in co-op and BTFO the AI.

can 100% confirm it you really need to get the whole Page on Gold for 4 weeks this include the daily and weekly challenges if you miss any thing you need to wait till the Next Series starts... i got most trouble on the playground stuff if you have shit mates or dont have enough mates Quit and search again its still much faster then play the Game till the End to lose it anyways... but thanksfully you can get this Achievement and its dont Glitched like in Horizon 4.

Has anyone confirmed if the Hot Wheels expansion affects the achievement popping? By the description of the achievement it says "non-expansion" but with this developer I am suspicious that it simply wouldn't work.

There are two hot wheels events each season, eight per series. When I unlocked this on November 9, 2022, I did one out of the eight hot wheels events for the series. So I can confirm that the hot wheels events are not required to unlock this.

First time attempting this... season progress is 53/60 and the only things I haven't completed are the Hot Wheels DLC events. Are they worth 7 or am I missing something else?

Just to confirm that even if you own and have unlocked the rally or hot wheels festival playlist challenges they are 100% NOT required for this achievement.

This achievement is a little ridiculous for only 20 gamerscore. It takes a whole month just to unlock it. It should've been at least 50 points.

Just a heads up, for anyone that had a KNOWN bugged event during an otherwise perfect series. They just granted everyone the event. i know because they just granted me a treasure hunt from last year that had previously been locked. All i had to do was going to seasons and check the progress of this particular season.

Mine was the same as Dzwienkoswit but I dont think I completed any of the dlc events, but it popped early after doing summer, fall, winter and spring with 2 daily missions left to do. Strange but i'll take it!

You can complete past series dailies if it hasn’t been 7 days since it started. So if you missed one at the end of the series, within the first few days of the next series you can complete it and the achievement will unlock but it has to say it’s still active.

Somehow this unlocked a day early for me, there was a big update for this game today though, weird, as North said, I had two daily's left for Spring, everything else completed besides the expansion festival playlists. My theory is, in forza horizon 5 this was a bugged achievement by a few percentage points, they may be giving a bit of leeway.

Unlocked today on the last day of the Spring season for me as planned :)

Do you have the Hot Wheels expansion? I should have got this today but because the first week of daily challenges involved using the boneshaker, I wasn't able to get the achievement 🤬

Finally got this one today! I don't have any of the expansions so the hot wheels one isn't required. I had the Boneshaker already in my garage and I don't remember how I got it but you don't need the dlc to get that car

Make sure it is a car in the offroad category and not unlimited offroad. I made that mistake. Hope it helps, it won't make a difference if they don't fix the treasure hunt anyway.

where did the solution go that showed you how to change your console settings to offline in order to get an offline copy, or "series 0" as it was called the first week. Very easy completion, but became unobtainable halfway thru this first week due to horizon arcade not working. Not fair in the slightest.

You got 7 days to complete a daily. Everyday there will be 1 new daily challenge which is obtainable for 7 days.

But I would wait to start the series if you only play for this achievement (and the 5 smashable/collectible achievement). The treasure chest is bugged… Great start lol, kinda ‘lucky’ it’s right at the beginning of the serie. So we are not screwed again at the last week (262/263 here also)…

Another Series with glitched challenges, come on everyone do what you can to bring that to their attention, like just opening support tickets isn't working. We should go all out on social media and tag people who can make it loud, like Stallion83 for example. This achievement has become a joke at this point because of the incompetence of Playground Games.

P.S. Not to mention the "Gotta Smash 'Em All" achievement, this is the first game I'm seeing with achievements/1000g locked behind seasonal content that won't be available at launch.

@JNaDa interesting sugestion, didn't know about the fallback series. I've started it but my daily for taking a picture at horizon wilds doesn't seem to be working haha

Also, the summer list in the fallback has a smashable challenge and it didn't count for the smashable achievement, so something tells me this might not work as well
I'd still try it as the fallback series is way smaller than the regular one but with the bugged daily I'm DOA anyways

Edit3: posted a solution on the smashables achievement. Still can't get the horizon wilds pic to unlock. Also, just got a message in my game inbox (I took it online) saying that "if all goes well with testing, an update will be released tomorrow". Let's all prey.

I can’t get the horizon open people person one to unlock. I have beaten 7-8 players (over several games) using the online, horizon open, the eliminator menu and also beat 6-7 people using the eliminator via the map option but the event is not unlocking

For Series 2, the total is 266 points. However, it seems like the Blazing Thunder Treasure Hunt in Season 1 is unobtainable if you have already completed all of the Trailblazer stunts. If you're one of the people who can't complete it you won't be able to get this achievement this Series, unless PGG patch it.

Also the championship which led me to give up on this one for now

That is a challenge card. You will see them on your map. It is a symbol of a car surrounded by a blue and pink hexagon. You can use the map filter and only select eventlab events and you will see them easier.

For the Spoilt for Choice challenge this week the description is to win an Horizon Open "event". An event is just ONE round of any given discipline. (Race/Drift/Playground Games/Eliminator- N/A.) You must either win one race out of the three or be top in one round of the Playground Games - solo or team. (Avoid Drift)

I got this in Playground Games and managed to win a solo Flag Rush (event 1 of 3). Annoying but keep at it and luck will be on your side! Occasionally try Open Racing as you can sometimes be up against "normal" players.

@groudon199 please explain in detail. Ive done everything but missed 1 daily because i thought driving 100mph in an exhibition would unlock when i played co op. Id rather find a way to go back and do it without having to wait until next series

If the game can't connect to the servers (either because of an outage or the console/PC isn't connected to the internet), the "Fallback Series" is loaded. It can be completed just like any proper series and still unlock achievements/accolades. None of the challenges require playing online, so it's both easier and quicker to do it this way. It's a completely different series than the one currently going on.

While you can play the game offline if you have Game Pass, you need to connect to the internet at least once after last powering on your Xbox in order to do so, meaning GP players can't adjust the date and complete the series faster. Only people who purchased the game can use the date change method.

weird, this popped for me today, series 1 248/263, barely anything in series 2 and 3. Was about to start again for Series 4, now i don't have to, not going to complain.

Just popped for me, I was not able to complete a few challenges due to server issues (I was around 250/263). This is a big deal for me.

How does everyone complete the trials? Joining them with randoms has yet to be winnable for me. And I don't see anyone making sessions.

^^^Trials must do's: 1. confirm the car class and then determine the recommended car, 2. download a tune that is a good fit for your driving style, and for the course - typically the first ones listed are for the current season and I have found them to be spot on, 3. don't worry about winning, but if it looks like you are going to be last, quit out since that takes away wins for the blue team and gives your teammates a better chance, 4. try again several times and the more used to the track you get, the faster you'll go! Good luck!

I just got this achievement... Completely suddenly and randomly during a regular race. I did all the activities from summer, fall, winter, and now spring (but there are still two daily challenges left). I don't understand why this happened. Before, I didn't have any entire playlist fully completed. Because I see that in such a case, the achievement could appear after some time when it did not appear before, and then it was fixed. I have both expansions and have completed some of their seasonal activities during this playit, but they should not affect the achievement. Overall, I have 231/280 points in this Italian series.

I just opened the game and got this Achievement so they fixed it I assume. I skipped the past Season because I was pissed due to the unachievable Trailblazer so this will definitely drag me back.

Is anyone having trouble with the “going fast” challenge for reaching 140mph in a horizon open race? I’ve tried it on a sprint, circuit and street race, in both the Sesto and Senna hitting over 300km in each and it won’t unlock. I do have it set to km/h on the speedometer but I don’t think that’s the problem.

Go to the pause menu, online, horizon open, open racing, it should complete the challenge after the race if you hit 140mph

So wait, the Trial actually counts as a Seasonal Championship and is required this time around? Well that sucks, don't remember it being needed for the cheevo in FH4.

So just to clarify, I have 65/64 points for the first week of series 1. From the looks of the achievement, you have to meet the max amount of points for series 1. At least if going by what people said in Series 0 is the same. I’m still gonna do every daily and event that shows up for the next few weeks to see what happens when I reach the point limit for the series. There should be extra points especially if you do the daily challenges. Overall this achievement is pretty stupid considering how committed you need to be for an entire month.

What's the point in sharing how we unlocked an achievement in the comment section of a guide when asked (I had a PM here) if a mod is just going to delete RELEVANT information posts? Ridiculous modding, there.

Forzathon Arcade IS a requirement! It's the one that unlocked it for me in Series 0 and was the last thing I had to Gold aside from the Dailies. As it unlocked after I completed that one, it's clear that it is required. Don't delete accurate posts, or at least explain why posts are deleted so we can... learn.

My problem is the seasonal championships not registering, I had to do "new kid on the block" 3 times till it finally registed, now I came first in "letting off Steam" and it didn't register.

^ Zic, make sure you're using the correct Class and "number" for the challenges. Each one requires something different.

Surely as the achievement description explicitly states 'complete all seasonal championships' it can be assumed that completing weekly challenges, daily challenges etc is not necessary? Finishing everything consecutively for four weeks seems excessive...

The festival playlist contains "challenges" and "events".

Although it seems that you need to complete all "EVENTS" in EVERY SEASON for a SINGLE SERIES, it might be such that you either need to (i) get max points for the season, and/or (ii) complete every ACTIVITY in the season (i.e. every EVENT and every CHALLENGE) *** ...and, as noted in above posting, the "complete a showcase" is impossible if you have already completed it because it is glitched****

A few months down the line we will know for sure, but for now, it is a mystery indeed.

@Kongo Dragon we had to do this in Forza Horizon 4, so better safe than sorry unless you want to test it. Completing a Horizon Arcade is pretty much impossible though without a group, and I haven't even bothered trying the stupid Unbeatable drivatars challenge, those always suck and the Unbeatable AI in this game are tuned like a [very bad] broken joke.

So you need 247 points total for the achievement to unlock? This season I’ve got one more point to get out of a possible five Huh? This game is broken. So that means you don’t have to do every challenge/event?

I'm just going to complete each seasonal championship and hope it unlocks in a months time. No way have I got the patience to wrestle with this game. It's absolutely horrendous.

@Soul Reaper001 I've completed everything besides some of the daily's and am on 64/64 and even if I end up doing another one it doesn't complete and I don't get credit for it no matter what I do.

So I guess maxxing out the point bar is what you need to do in order to get this achievement as for now it seems impossible to complete everything from a single week due to the point limit. So unless the aformentioned is a bug we do not know about then this is the way to go for this achievement

Yup. Its worrying since some things are hard to finish like arcade and the daily for completing a showcase won't complete for me...

No matter what the actual unlock conditions are, am I the only one having trouble getting seasonal championships to get marked as done? Win all 3 races, smoke the competition, no season rewards. Events were frequently broken and failed to unlock in FH4, so it's not surprising really.

Any idea if daily or weekly challenges factor into this achievement?

Anyone having issues with the stunt jump not marking complete? I did it in 2 different cars. Yes I used retro sports cars that are the right class, it keeps telling me 1 more ft when I beat my personal best by 1000ft. It shows done on the map, but not on the festival playllist.

By the way, it turns out that the way to get Forzathon Daily Challenge "CROWD-PLEASER" (Complete a Showcase Event) to complete successfully is to come in 2nd place, and NOT to win the race!!!!! Another PLAYGROUND GAMES foible!!!!

So when you load up the game and your at your house there seems to be a different set of awards. 2 super wheel spins as opposed to the different one if you just press start and go to festival playlist. Do you essentially need to do 2 lots of everything?

The Xbox Achievement description is incorrect.

Impossible to do until they fix tracking of Danger Sign issue if you've already set a 3 star record in a car. S1 Retro Sportscar cannot beat my record set with X car, and thus will miss finishing this by close of season in 20 hours. Wait a month until they hopefully fix tracking issues and Arcade grouping.

Yeah I tried now Arcade so long without any luck. Was most of the time alone or with 1-2 other people. I am mad at me I didn’t took the advantage for the first pre season…now I am locked to 4 weeks continued grinding

There was a patch today for the game and I played two rounds of Arcade with randoms without any hitch. Seems like it's fixed. So quickly do your Arcade before the Season is over tomorrow.

Arcade mode is definitely still borked after the patch.
I'm lucky to see anyone online. If a game even starts, it's 50/50 I end up solo. Sometimes the countdown hits zero and the game doesn't start. Just had one that ended in less than a minute. Now I'm sitting in one that's stuck at "Starting in 2:25".
Ridiculous.

It's clearly across all seasons, I'm not sure why people are expecting it to unlock now in Summer. Regarding the actual requirements, the dashboard achievement description says all 'events' across a festival series, as someone noted above. Has anyone considered the possibility though that this is just the events from each season, and not the challenges or other tasks? There are vertical bars that call out 'seasonal events', 'challenges', etc. Maybe we only need to do everything in the 'events' section (across the entire series)?

For what it's worth, I'm not going after the daily challenges. The achievement in FH4 was "Complete all activities in a single Festival Playlist Series." That is not how it's worded in FH5, so there's no reason to assume that's required. Perhaps better safe than sorry sure, but they also could have worded it the same if they meant the exact same.

I really hope the Arcade stuff doesnt count. Ive yet to complete an arcade due to not having anyone around to play with.

NO PULSE that clearly shows your effort level. I’m created a few LFG for the Arcades and it’s filled up and we completed EVERY type of arcade. Quit complaining and just do it……CHRIST.

@ NO PULSE you'll prob have to join a boosting session each week here for arcade runs. There's always people looking to knock them out so it shouldn't be hard at all.

So I completed everything in the first season… 66/64 points by the end. No progress on the tracker. And the accolade doesn’t show progress either. I assume this one just isn’t tracked? It should be 25% progress each season obviously.

I presumed that daily challenges don’t count, but it’d be safe to do them anyway. It’s mind boggling that they have excessive tracking for minor accolades and none for the biggest task in the game.

I would imagine it means either getting the maximum number of points per season or completing every activity in the season, given FH4's Encore achievement

if the gauntlet of fun is the EVENTLAB RABIDMRNOODLE PRESENJTS thing which awards the "windows tada" horn then it is the colossus seasonal event in the south east corner of the map. You just have to complete it, you cannot lose or win???? Bit daft, really.

This solution seems wrong, it's the exact same achievement from FH4 where in FH4 you only needed to beat the 3 seasonal championships, so why would it change to getting every single thing completed in this game?

Won one of the seasonal championships but didn't get the 5pts? There is one championship which is a pain to win (the one where u have to use a modern sports car eg the Supra). The AI are way faster on the dirt and through water ..

For the modern sportscar championship, choose the 2020 Toyota GR Supra and then search for an upgrade using the share code: 124 932 121.

Saved me a lot of time and frustration.

I'm doing the dailies over and over and they're just not unlocking. It says I still have time left for those dailies, but they simply won't unlock

@Remember Me IV - Try fully quitting the game and hard resetting your xbox. That fixed the issue for me.

Today after winning the eliminator and getting the achievement (finally), I tried the arcade activity for 5 hours and still haven't beat it because there are no people playing (there are always 5 to 10 players in the lobby and I even started FH4 and there were always more than 50 players).

I didn’t do everything last season so I’m just going to do the seasonal championships across the series as it says and hope it pops, if not I’ll try again next series

You'll find it's you have to complete everything in every season, minus the daily challenges. So, it should go up by 25% each time by the 4th season and you complete everything it should unlock.

I mean the clue is in the title/description "series" 4 seasons is a series.

@ChooseMyFate that's not what I meant. I, also, have the achievement. But that's because of Series 0. This person unlocked it already in Series 1 Season 2. I don't think that should be possible.

In the forums here on TA, someone replied to a post about this stating: "I got this achievement in Series 0. The achievement popped after completing the Seasonal Car Challenge, Seasonal championships & The Tour. No other challenge was needed for the achievement at that time."

I missed the arcade in week 1 due to connection issues or finding only a few clueless players at an arcade event. Hoping the achievement unlocks without it but if not, will try again in S2

@Avoids - I'm pretty sure it's the same as the FH4 achievement where you have to do an entire playlist (4) just worded differently, I could be wrong I don't have a source I'm just assuming you need to do all 4 seasons. I would do the daily challenges just in case to but I think it just affects events, mini mission (4 chapters), and the one rival event.

Today challenge finish an expedition is buged or i miss something ? I do Wild , guanajuato and nothing count

I had also completed all the expeditions so I redid the Tulum exhibition (just fast travelled next to its marker on the map and pressed x to begin event, for those asking) but the daily challenge didn't complete. I've submitted a ticket at https://support.forzamotorsport.net and advise anyone else with this issue to do so too, so its bumped up the priority list. Otherwise many of us are potentially going to be locked out of getting this achievement in the current season, wasting many hours spent completing the seasonal objevtives to date.

I completed the Canyon expedition and didn't get it unlocked; I submitted a ticket to PG for review. Everyone else should do it as well as Qwanimal stated.

Do the daily Forzathon challenges count or not?

@ElusiveEagle - this is a slightly different issue as it's an expedition evemt required rather than a showcase. Presumably the same bad coding though. I think its worth reporting again anyway because the more people complain, the more likely they are to fix it quickly. The clock is ticking - 5 days and 20 hours until the challenge expires.

its just fucked up. Expedition doesnt register for me, nor does horizon story mission, no luck horizon arcade as most people I got to play with were 4 and we missed the required amount of points. And to add salt to injury, even the two simple championships I did on my Xbox didnt register. Its so frustrating

PSA - this solution, and all of this conversation is about to be hidden. I know the achievement sucks, but neg voting the solution author is not the way to express your frustration.

Hopefully this achievement will unlock when you get 247 out of the 263 available pts. For Series 0 you didn't need the dailies or the Arcade.

@Qwanimal: It's actually the same issue. You can tell because the name of the bugged expedition challenge is called "Explorer" in-game, which matches the name of the challenge mentioned in the known issue I quoted (and linked to).

However, I can certainly understand the confusion caused by the word choice of "showcase event" in the known issue comment (it threw me off as well at first). If I had to guess, it's probably a typo. Cheers!

@ElusiveEagle, yeah that certainly is confusing and doesn't fill me with faith that they've fully grasped the problem. It might be accurate to say that all expeditions are showcase events, but not all showcase events are expeditions, if that makes sense.

The dailies should not count if anyone is worried. Seeing as how other people previously unlocked the achievement, I believe you just have to do all the events while having enough points in the series to max out the point counter. There are more than enough points from what I understand.

The new test event with open class is nearly impossible if everyone takes a X or S2 car. For this you need a convoy and all mates take the same class I would say S1 is okay. Invite me to do this

So the achievement in Xbox only says events. Do we have confirmation that it needs to be everything on the Festival Playlist to unlock the achievement? Because some of them are bugged like the Expedition and Eliminating 2 people in The Eliminator.

I have a feeling its only the 3 championships events that has to be completed (the one's where you race against highly skilled racers). If it's the same as the forza horizon 4 achievment that's all you have to do hopefully 🤞.

You have to go through Horizon Open in the menus, then select Eliminator in order to get the double elimination challenge. Simply queuing up for the Eliminator won’t work, similar to last weeks steal a Kings Crown challenge.

Does this mean Dailies count? If so this is unobtainable for another month as one of the Daily Challenges is unobtainable if you already completed all Expeditions.

I also hope the Explorer issue won't void the achievement for this month... that would be a massive let down

They need to remove/modify the arcade requirements, I tried about 6 times yesterday and it was either me alone or with one other player. It sucks if you fail due to low participation. They either need to reduce the frequency and have an on screen notification when one is about the start or reduce the requirements based on the number of players. Explorer also failed for me I did it twice and it didn’t count.

I have done 6 expeditions alreay and it wont unlock for me.

I only have to do the Trial and it's an absolute pain! You need some awesome drivers with you. You have to complete all the objectives for the season it seems which is why so few people have it at this point. And yes, arcade is really messed up as well!

Another 3 people have unlocked this in the past few days. That makes 4 since Series 0 ended. I have PMd Andreolix to see if they can shine some light on what is required and how to unlock early.

For the people who are currently tracked as "recent winner", they are just people who created their account on that particular date. They won the achievement earlier.

Recent winner account creation dates: 6 July 2021, 18 January 2020, 20 October 2014, and 9 December 2018

My GOD this trial was annoying. Hopefully next one won't be so difficult.

I think by championships it just means the races not everything again, like Encore.

For The Trial in Winter of Nov. 2021, my suggestion is the Koenigsegg One with an S2 tune to 997. All I did was get first and then block the AI for my teammates to pass. We won both races with absolutely no issues on the first try. Bunch of randoms as well. Not really a solution, and probably common knowledge, but figured I'd share with those struggling.

The tuning creators name is "ARR JAY95".

Can confirm that this does not unlock after doing the 3 seasonal championships in each season.

I got the accolade for doing all 12 of them and started with them but no achievement, going to continue with the season events and hopefully it pops after completing all of them.

Going to leave the forzathon events and challenges till last to see if its the season events that makes the achievement pop and will write another comment after.

Thank you for checking, for me the daily challenge in getting the expedition was bugged so I'm worried.

Yeah, no achievement for all seasonal championships *sigh* completed 12/12. Maybe they should make the achievement titles clearer (like the glitched take 50 photos of legendary cars title).

It doesn't Pop at 247 Points at my Game! It popped after i did everything except the Horizon Arcade and the Rest of the locked Forzathon Dailys! I have 253/247 Points in Series and 56/61 in the current session

Yup it did NOT pop when completing all seasonal events, but instead when going over 247 points (251 to be exact).

Unlocked for me at 248 points

Completed everything in s1 2 and 3 except the bugged expedition in 2

S4 completed a forzathon weekly with the ferrari

Every season event except horizon arcade

And two challenges being treasure hunt and photoshop

Did not complete Horizon Open, The Eliminator, Horizon Arcade or the Daily Challenge

what the hell has happened to the seasons? it now isn't on series 1 its on something called the "fallback series" for me and i have 0 points across any of the stuff it seems to have ended the previous season for me. has anyone else had this issue?

@xNSHD I had that happen once and a restart fixed it.

Current issue is that all my series totals changed and now it says I need 263 for the series, which is every single point from each season. It showed 247 last night, but today it shows 263. So, I'm gonna be one point short thanks to the broken expedition.

@borders r us: I can confirm the Dec, 3rd update fixed arcade requirements. They scale now with the no. of players (which is always one currently, thanks to the new bugs :)

Just try again on Thursday when series 2 starts. I was annoyed as well for me the most annoying is the achievement description to do seasonal championships and not every challenge.

What a massive troll from the devs to ”fix” this achievement to require all challenges when they’re we’ll aware that two of their daily challenges this season were unobtainable to most players. Wow.

I literally invested sooo much time in getting arcades organised - sweated for trials and and and. To just get trolled by achievement in the last week.

So I missed some points due to arcade and glitched challenges, am I SOL or will next week add some challenges to help catch up?

These seasonal achievements are a pain in the a. I missed the first couple weeks of the game and now I'm behind on that stupid smashable one and missed this and the treasure one.

The Pie Pieper is so right here...for me 3 or 4 Festival Playlist challenges glitched out and I was not able to complete. I tried at least 4 times the ones with "Complete a Horizon Expedition", or "Complete a Story Chapter" and I was not able to unlock them. I also gave up Horizon Arcade.
Now with the patch Horizon Arcade became a cakewalk. I STRONGLY recommend to do it alone and look at how hilariously awful the requirements are...I did my missing Horizon Arcade Air challenge alone in less than 5 minutes (Phase 3 requested 2 jumps at a Danger Sign). They now tuned it down so much it lost the challenge aspect and even a 12-year-old can do it :(
The fact that Playground modified the total tally with the patch is also a joke (from 247 to 263) and my weekly points were also changing...LOL.
With Series 2 I'll give another try and after I'll just let it go. Stupid, stupid issues they cannot seem to address.

Dauby73 just be prepared that this won’t be the end of it. It was the same in FH4, where they continuously released broken challenges or pushed updates that made challenges unobtainable.

Having an achievement that requires consistency when you can’t provide a consistent service is such a bad move, and they’ve known that they can’t do it since previous installments.

Well, I held out hope that the achievement would pop after doing this season. 262/263 thanks to the bugged expedition daily and no achievement. Very bummed, but it is what it is.

Same for me, 262/263 and just because they can’t test their daily’s before releasing to the game.

Last Thursday is was thinking why should I a be in a hurry to complete all in one day of the last season with seeing people here getting the achievement with less points…

I’m sitting at 263/263 and the achievement took about 10 minutes to show up.

I can't believe that not only did they not fix the broken series 1 challenges, they actually patched the game to increase the required points total 263, knowing that it was impossible for most players to reach this total because of their broken challenges. I was one of the lucky ones who unlocked it at 247 points pre-update, but I'm still furious on behalf of everyone who was screwed over by this. The lack of care and the communication from Playground on this issue has been abysmal.

The Treasure Hunt challenge for Series 2 Summer doesn't work, so that will ruin any chances of getting this achievement again this season.

Can confirm that with everything finished except for the bugged Treasure Hunt event still got no cheevo here. This is just pathetic. If I could force-check the achievement (i.e. unlock it externally) I wouldn't even complain, but alas I can't...

@Stan2bauZ To get this achievement you'll need to complete all 4 seasons in the same Series, not complete one season within a series.

It's series ZERO at the moment and I just got it without disconnecting my internet etc. Just do the events until you reach the 38/38.

I did all events and challenges except the Horizon Arcade (3pts) and the last daily challenge. It just popped when I completed the eliminator challenge.

WhyattThrash did you make sure to set the Drivatar difficulty to Highly Skilled? And have you made sure to use the correct Cary Type/Class? i.e making sure you use an A-class Classic Muscle car for the one that rewards a Hoonigan car?

xCrazyAnti96 you can’t have done everything because Autumn Winter and Spring haven’t become available yet.

And this achievement is absolutely brutal requiring The Trial 4 different times which you can win the race yourself every time and still not get it because your teammates suck. Completely out of your control and luck-based. This game sucks.

Reposting my comment because a whole bunch of the comments on here were deleted for no reason. I believe 'borders r us' when they say they didn't remove the comments, it was an overzealous moderator.

It became unobtainable with ~48 hours left in the welcome week UNLESS you had already met certain requirements. The requirement in question was Forza Arcade, which you could not do during the last 48 hours of welcome week, regardless of what anyone tries to tell you.

In case you don't want to take my word for that, other people had a problem unlocking chapter progress with the forzathon weekly challenges, being the Nissan Fairlady Z. I did not have this issue myself.

pre edit: I know this comment is coming because people a) can't read, and b) lack critical thinking skills. The reason people were able to obtain this achievement during the last 48 hours of welcome week was because they already completed the forza arcade aspect.

Are people losing their minds or something? The achievement description says:

What is hard to understand about that? I think some people are putting way too much stock in what happened with Series 0 and people are just losing their minds as a result. Maybe the achievement description is incorrect. Maybe the achievement is bugged. But DONT use Series 0 as evidence of anything. Start with Series 1 to determine whether the achievement is truly incorrect or bugged.

What people should do is assume the achievement required you to complete all seasonal championships in an entire series - so all four seasons. Assuming there are three seasonal championships per season, then you need to beat/complete 12 seasonal championships overall (three per season). I think until Series 1 is finished you can’t make an assessment on this achievement. Is that fair to say?

Having exact same issue as xThundersn0w.
Finally got an Arcade win today, but nope, it's still locked. Now I won't even be surprised if getting a Forzathon purchase would be yet another prereq for the cheevo, since its emblem hasn't gone golden like events' emblems did. I mean, I can expect any kind of nonsense now, really.

I do not see why it would mean every event that has points, the achievement says Seasonal Championships, so why would it mean everything else that has nothing to do with the Seasonal Championships? That would be near on impossible to achieve over 4 seasons.

Sorry if this was already asked. Is there any chance that, of the two conflicting descriptions, the description that is correct is the one that says “Complete all seasonal championships in a series”?

Because if not, if you with 100% certainty have to do all the events… then I can stop wasting my time on seasonal championships. I could do the seasonal championships, but I for sure won’t attempt all events.

Imagine not only Forza Horizon 4 having issues with seasonal content, but also Forza Horizon 5. This game has been nothing but disappointment. If this voids the achievement attainability for the month like the photos did in FH4, I'm never touching another Forza game again.

For the timeless looks. I already took a photo so it wouldn’t progress. I switched cars and did 1 race for the don’t grt dirty daily after that I switched back to my 2019 porsche 911 and took a photo and daily unlocked. Hope that helps

These stupid seasonal championships are not tracking. So frustrating when you come first in all races then it just resets like you never even raced. Those of you that unlock this achievement are so lucky,

Edit: Either you need to change your difficulty to correspond with the event beforehand or you need to go each event in the order they appear. One of those worked for me

@xNSHD Yep, i can confirm now we need 263 points for the achiviement, pratically playground made a giant middle finger in front of our face.

They should have fixed this after Series 1, as the fault of not being able to complete at least two events was theirs. Pleased for everyone that got this before the update. Sucks for everyone else who will not be able to get this for four more weeks.

Mind you I got this in Series 0, I have 260 points in Series 1, and I expect I will max most Series - but I don’t just play games for achievements :)

Unfortunately, Playground Games' priority right now is probably not going to be fixing this achievement for the people who were screwed out of it in Series 1. Their priority is probably going to be on like... making the game actually playable like fixing the softlocks / endless loading screens / very long loading screens / hyperagressive ramming drivatars / no cars appearing on roads / connection issues / + the 100 other gamebreaking bugs in the game right now. I know, it's so frustrating. I got screwed out of it, too... It feels like I've wasted 20 hours of my life that I can never get back. Maybe there is some hope that they will retroactively give everyone credit for the two broken daily challenges at some later date, but I'm not optimistic about that.

I just completed all 53 points needed in this summer season (March 9th, 2022) everything complete and it didn't pop for me. Also restarted the game several times and waited like an hour in free roam, so I guess I'll keep waiting for it to unlock. Who knows now...

OK guys, I apologize in advance, but let me get it straight - does Arcade count towards the achievement, or not? If so, then it's really a dumb move by devs to push it that way, because the way connectivity issues are present now it's 99,9% of the times impossible to gather a huge group of players together not because they're random strangers who are not in a dedicated group, but because people simply disappear from map altogether and re-appear with quite a delay even after fast travelling through the map. The amount of times I was in a crowded place somewhere far away from the Arcade zone, then got teleported there via fast travel, and BOOM - there is no single person around me, even after a while, is excruciating.
I suspect it's due to server sync errors and stuff, but it really hurts the Arcade experience in general, and if it counts towards the cheevo - then I absolutely despise the devs' decision to include it.

What exactly comprises all "events" in itself is not 100% clear to me too.....whereas the 3 seasonal championships is clear, as i got an in game popup telling me i had done them all for the current season when i had done all 3.

"complete all EVENTS" should be just the EVENTS, and NOT the Challenges too.

i.e. for current season there are 10 Events:

Horizon Arcade: Complete any Horizon Arcade event. Rewards 3 Playlist Points
NOTE: *** THIS IS THE WORST AS IT IS V.V.V.v.DIFFICULT TO "complete" the ARCADE i.e. get to end of all 3 rounds due to completely no participants in the Arcade events!******

Making a Splash: Complete The Trial challenge in a B-Class Pickup & 4x4 vehicle. Rewards 10 Playlist Points and the 2013 Mini X-Raid All4 Racing Countryman

....however, PG Games think "all events" means "all events AND A LOAD OF OTHER STUFF TOO, so it seems" i.e. some/all of the challenges too.


I will be doing all SEASONAL CHAMPIONSHIPS for the Series and will see what happens, as I have about the same amount of determination in doing ALL EVENTS that Playground Games has in communicating successfully what is actually required for some of their achievos!

For anybody having issues with the Timeless Looks photo challenge due to already taking a picture of the Porsche 911 Carrera S, either take a picture of somebody else driving it or load up an event race where the AI are using that car and take a picture. This worked for me when it wasn't registering the challenge when trying to take a picture of my own car. I didn't make it, but here's the event share code I used for the picture (thanks to somebody on Reddit posting it): 119 501 631

As for the Forza Arcade challenges, scroll through LFGs for a post of somebody looking to do arcades / going for the Unlimited Prowess achievement and join a group (or make your own LFG). Each time I've joined one I've been able to boost out arcades being in a convoy of 5+ people. Much easier to just take the time to find a LFG post than to try your luck with randoms, in my opinion.

Haven't seen any workarounds for the expedition or chapter dailies yet, though. I'm just hoping dailies won't be needed for this achievement.
