@Tenreth, I do not know if we are talking about the same thing. To win the BT62 Brabham for me I have to finish the Supersonic Spiral and Frozen Rush SPEED ZONES in 2 minutes. No issue at all.

Custom races for the mileage do work

If your waiting for an open race to start cause you didn't get into the first race just drive around. Those miles count to. Same with horizon tour.

Thanks for confirming the custom races. I’ll add that as I played online instead of customs to rack mileage. I recall the Four instantly puts you into races instead of driving to it.

The tour they let you drive to the next race.

@Night Vulture, yeah i figured that out after watching a youtube video. My game is not set to english and it said i should complete frozen rush with 1* and a drift zone in the jungle part of the map with 3*.

Just pointing out for the challenge of winning races on Highly Skilled or higher, even thought the blueprints have the difficulty set to Unbeatable, it will only unlock if your base settings at the main menu are set to Highly Skilled or higher before you start the race. I had failed to make it work correctly multiple times before realizing I had lowered my difficulty down to Average, and it worked immediately after switching up to Highly Skilled.

So how do those blueprints for the “highly skilled or above” races work? How do they let you immediately win the race?

The Blueprints are made form a player as stated in the guide and I suppose they made the start right before the finish. Also they set eth difficulty of the blueprint on unbeatable but you must put it on highly skilled beforehand to get credit. I'll update the solution with more details tomorrow

How do you do chapter 4 of the horizon story ‘a history of speed’ where u have to stay above 100mph? On YouTube they all boost over the magnet part, but I get stuck & waste loads of the time?

For chapter four you only need to smash 25 treasure chests. For staying above 100 MPH. It’s a tad but tricky as you’re rounding those corners but I believe there’s no major/minor mission tied to them

Likely traction and stability control may be off, simulation steering and or assured hot whee track options in the difficulty settings.

Only issues I had with the game is going so fast that the car starts to wobble in the loop-de-loops

This glitched for me. Every class is at 100%. My landmarks were at 26/28 even though I had the landmark challenge completed. So I drove around and re-found 2 landmarks to get 28/28, but achievement is still at 98%. This happen to anybody else?

I checked your achievements. It seems unfortunate that this happened to you.
I recommend you try restarting your console through settings and or power reset. Delete your local data(not cloud) It may pop later or somehow may need to inspect your a achievements to register it manually(some games are weird where a friend looks at your achievements)

I am stuck at 99% with everything at 100% and it will not pop whatever I try I have tried hard resetting, I have tried doing another clean lap in rivals. Got 3 star on a couple of PR stunts, done a couple more races and nothing is triggering it

Also tried deleting local saves and still nothing, I have submitted a ticket to forza support and I suggest anyone else with this problem should submit one to.

For the Rivals mission (Hot Wheels, Hot Laps): do you need to set a clean lap on each track in EACH class? Or only one class?

I'm also stuck at 99% on the achievement tracker for Missions Completebut have 100% on all of the in game trackers.

I noticed the accolade for the challenges is at 154/155 even though everything in the hot wheels menu is at 100%. I have no idea what didn't register properly. Will submit a ticket as well but I don't have high hopes for this as it seems like a lot of people are unlocking it.

I noticed that despite having the in game accolade for discovering all locations my intake stats page said I o ly had 25/28. So I found the last 3, and now have 28/28 but still no achievement.

Not a solution for 99%ers but recheck your Rivals section (go to X Section to see all Rivals circuits and if you have done it or not). I grinded it this morning and had 3 different occasions where my lap didn’t save and I had to redo a Clean lap for it to count.

I was also in open racing when my last missions popped but no achievement ,stuck at 99%.
Please could everyone with this problem submit a ticket to forza support and hopefully they will get this patched ASAP.

I’ll throw in my two cents. I didn’t know what the hell the Tour event was and thought it was a tour accolade where you travel from one side of the map to another with ‘XYZ’ car class. Nope. It was the Online Tour in Forest Falls. That was my last achievement.

I’ll throw a ticket in the morning. I also heard from a friend that MS isn’t happy about their first party companies not announcing server issues or closures on older titles so who knows what we will see

I’m getting the 99% completed bug as well. Saw a few people on different forums saying achievements can take up to 72 hours to register and if it still hasn’t registered just to do a power cycle on your Xbox systems. I’ll be trying this tomorrow

Unlocked for me once I hit my 50 miles in horizon open. Hopefully unlocks for everyone else soon.

It unlocked for me...maybe I missed it but it wasn't obvious to me you had to to do all the missions in the other categories to b, a, s1, s2 etc. Also for those not having all the locations found. My last two were the tree tops and the dragon in the forest area (near A qualifier). The three dragons count as locations and may count toward this achievement...but who knows

I’m not sure what to think as some players have 100% the whole thing and haven’t got their achievements and now you’re saying that you were missing other missions from other categories. I wished PGG has specified their description as because it can either be the whole damn Academy or just the X Class. The X class has the Missions Complete Major Mission

I think the description is clear enough that it is all missions. I have every major and minor mission complete in every class and only 99%. I am guessing 1 didn't get tracked by the system. I did notice I was given credit for finding all locations BEFORE I had actually found them all - so perhaps that is the issue. Really hope they fix it. Have absolutely love this game but glitched achievements always leave a sour taste!

IF it does happen to be all classes, I'll update my solution. Thankfully majority of the lower class are not much compared to the overall needed for X class. I'll have a draft for the other classes sometime during the coming weeks.

Thank you. I didn't know as I zoomed through majority of the DLC without focusing too much on thee other classes. Thankfully it should be easy to add as majority of the other classes missions will piggyback off of the X class besides some class required PR stunts and tour locations to travel to or timer based PR stunts to reach.

And another player with the 99% bug .... I have done everything tot clear this, even deleting the Hot Wheels DLC and installing it again. It didn't help.
Hopefully they will fix this bug and the problem with the two unobtainable achievements. Hopefully the following patch will fix it.

I am also stuck @ 99% for the Missions Complete! Achievement. I am 100% in all the stats. The Back in the Saddle Achievement just popped when I started the game. That’s been sorted out due to a hot fix released today.

Ugh. Literally the last achievement I need and it's bugged on me at 99% I have 5000 medals and 100% on every class, but no ping.

I hope the 99% bug isn't somehow related to doing the Event Lab versions of the races. Has anyone done all the races "legit" and is also stuck on 99%?

I'm at 100% for each HW level, all done legit and stuck on 99% overall as well.

I went through all 18 Rival events again just to see if the achievement would unlock, but I’m still stuck @ 99%. All other stats are 100% complete. For me personally, I was doing the Hot Wheels Horizon Open & I’m guessing that’s where the achievement did not unlock.

@LuckyRabbit I did all the races legit by doing all the default races (and some where quite long, taking over 2 minutes per lap), and I'm still stuck at 99% as well. I'm confident they'll fix it tho, as someone in this thread already pointed out that it's been noted on the devs bug list

Seems that anyone who did the tour last got their achievement. I need someone else go confirm. Maybe see what should be your last one to guarantee an unlock.

Driving 50 miles on the Horizon Tour was the last thing I needed to complete. After completing this, I'm stuck at 99% for this achievement. I am at 100% mission completion.

popped for me today during a hotweels tour event as i went over the 50 mile mark. had completed all other major and minor missions in all ranks with the default races and all rivals times were A class.

not really seeing a pattern of what has or hasnt worked for people yet

Did the Hot Wheels Open Racing last and it popped no issue.

So Many Achievement are buggy this is so frustrating... last Achievement stuck at 99% come on ...

I did all the races and completed the last mission which was the 50 miles in FH Open and it unlocked as expected.

I was stuck at 99%, but today I got it to pop, and here's how:

tl;dr - just back up your save on a 2nd xbox and then start over on your main xbox by deleting your save.

I didn't want to lose all my progress I worked so hard for, so I played the game on a 2nd xbox for a few minutes and then quit the game. This essentially stores a copy of my save to that actual xbox, not just the cloud. I then went back to my main xbox, deleted the save by choosing "delete everywhere."

Now because I saw many ppl were getting stuck at 99% before I ever started this DLC, I made an extra backup on a 3rd xbox that was saved right before I ever started this DLC. I used that 3rd xbox's local save to replace my cloud save. Once that was done, then played for a few minutes on 3rd xbox before force quitting the game and letting that save upload to the cloud. Then went back to my main xbox and booted up the game, now having my save file from right before starting the DLC. Played the DLC from beginning.

This time around, I made sure to 100% everything in each tier/league/class (whatever you want to call it) before doing the final qualifier for that league. I also made sure to collect all my rewards before moving on to the next tier as well. I also used all of the "0 sec" tracks from X VOIDDOG YT. The only race you have to do legit is The Goliath in order to unlock the X Class. Once in X Class, I then just cleared everything but the Horizon Open and Tour. I didn't even touch these two at all until everything else was completely done.

I then did Open first, completing it completely before even touching the Tour. I picked S2 class and Speed. There's a bunch of sweaties in this class, but it's the quickest way to go from 0 to 50 miles covered. Took me less than half an hour. The moment I hit 50 miles, I wasin the middle of a race, but I just quit out. No issues with quitting in the middle of a race as long as you've reached 50 miles.

Next was Tour. You're at the mercy of whatever the game picks for race class, but you can always back out and wait until the timer expires to see if you can get something better. The S1 class is the best. I dunno if there's an S2 class in Tour, I never saw one. Took me less than an hour. Once I hit 50 miles right in the middle of a race, the achievement popped.

FYI, You don't need to have a save file from right before you started the DLC. I only did that so that I had it to fall back on in case I got glitched out of the achievement (which I did) and then I could easily just start from the beginning of the DLC.

For those of you that don't have a save file from right before starting the DLC, just go ahead and back up your current save on a 2nd xbox. Then you'll just have to delete on your main xbox and start completely over. I'm not sure how far into the main game you'll have to play in order to jump straight over to Hot Wheels. I do remember that in FH4, if you bought the Lego DLC before ever even playing the game, upon the first boot up it would ask if you want to just go straight to the Lego DLC. Hopefully it still allows the same in this game. Good luck to all of you. Sorry for the long post, just trying to help and be thorough.

I'm at 100% completion according to the Hot Wheels Academy, but have done 154/155 missions according to the Accolades screen. No idea which one is glitched sadly though.

Edit: patch released on 16/8/22 has made this achievement pop

This achievement did not open after completing 100% in all Class X challenges. How to fix?

Since July 26th nothing has changed: the success is stuck at 99% like many of you here...
After a second tour of the races, qualifiers, and rivals, across three mediums (PC, Xbox series S and Xbox One S), nothing has changed; this achievement won't unlock. There is nothing to do but wait.

On the latest Let’s Go! stream, they stated that the achievement will be fixed in the newest content update (Rami’s Racing History).

If you are playing with German translation: Some mission descriptions are messed up (~5 names are swapped between missions, e.g. "Outsider, Inside"), stick to this guide and ignore the ingame texts.

the share codes for the 0 second aren't working for me, they aren't popping the mission, any idea if they patched that out?

Maybe the creator removed them. I'll make my own set sometime this week or the next, hopefully. I'll let you know.

Too anyone not seeing the highly skilled drivatar mission status move using the share codes, even though the blueprint is set to unbeatable === you still have to make sure your game is set to highly skilled or above. It's in the fine print from fabion907.... Also this is amazing guide...

Horizon Open is dead. That means boosting sessions are required. It also means this achievement will become partially discontinued when you can no longer play online.

I searched on Friday night UK / Friday evening US and found a player. They quit after the first race, but it keeps going until the match ends. You get 10 minutes to get to the next race. Spend those 10 minutes doing laps.

Horizon Tour is dead...can't find a session after waiting like 10-15 minutes multiple times.

So, how do i complete the S2 mission with BT62 Brabham as a reward? I think there is a translation error (AGAIN....) I did multiple runs of the speedtrap and driftzone and driftzone doesn't count...
edit... obviously the devs are retards. For everyone looking for a solution, because their language is different from english: you have to complete two speedtraps, the one in the west of Ice Cauldron and the S1 above the sky west of Horizon outpost.

@MajimaActual You can create EventLabs that are 0 Seconds races. Here's how to do it (works for every race and every season-event that requires wins can be done this way)
Create an EventLab, change Drivatars to zero, all other options as you please, go to rules and create a new one, make it "teleport all drivers to the finish line" and "event/race starts" as the triggering event. You have to testdrive it and then you can create your event.
Start your created Eventlab, chose the right car and win right as the race starts. :)

Up[dated the guide now and unfortunately TA hasn't scanned any of my Forza Horizon 5 Screenshots. I may just have to do a clip instead.

Also stuck at 99% for me…
I got all the medals (5000/5000) and the last mission I did was the 50m Horizon Open. The accolade popped while I was in Horizon Open but no achievement.
When I checked the stats I saw that landmarks was at 27/28 and after some checking (comparing my map with online maps with all landmarks) it turned out Treetop Towers was missing (although I already had the accolade for this one). Rediscovering it made it appear on the map and the landmark stats are now at 28/28, but still no achievement, the tracker is still stuck at 99%…

The bug is now listed as a known issue here: https://support.forzamotorsport.net/hc/en-us/articles/440961... So it will hopefully be fixed before too long.

Works now. Just updated and then waiting on the menu screen and it popped. No action required.

Just for anyone that may have problems with Outside, Inside.
These are the things that helped me: starting from the left side of the volcano, in a different S1 car (compared to previous attempts/previous races, should one done any) and being in Horizon Solo.

Slight update - I was playing around midnight EST last night and after several attempts (about 20-30 mins of searching and trying again and again), I was able to match up with a random. Even though he quit out during the first race, I was still able to do all 3 races. I went from 0 to 66km by driving around for the 10 min countdown between the races. Had I been smart, I would have done that after both races, but after the first race I drove straight to the second race. Anyway, all that just to say that if you're patient enough, you might be able to get this with a random person and if you drive the full 10 mins between each race, you can do this in one tour.
