How to unlock the Racing and Pacing and Plotting the Course achievement in Forza Horizon 5 - Definitive Guide
A guide probably isn't needed for this, you just need to win 80 races, difficulty doesn't matter. I would like to point out you can do the same race and the tracker goes up each time, so you don't need to actually do different races.
If you want a really fast way of getting this then you can create a blueprint at a circuit race (it needs to be one where we can set laps) and in the event settings set the following settings:
-Max number of drivatars to "off"
-Duration to 1minute
The rest you can leave default. When you start the race you will instantly win it when it starts. Then just simply repeat the same blueprint over and over until you have the achivement.
UPDATE: make sure you press continue at the end of the event, pressing restart and doing the race that way will not update the tracker. Thanks to NoHeros94 for pointing that out.
UPDATE2: You can change car after each race to earn more accolade points, you can get points for winning events in certain classes/types/manufacturers cars. Thanks to Zonky for the tip.
130 346 008 -thats a sharecode with the event settings listed above. To use that code just press start while in game, go to creative hub then eventlab and press to search, from there just put the code in at the bottom.
Or you can earn this just through normal gameplay.

Working great thank you. Just as an additional thing you do need to continue and reload the race each time, unfortunately. Restarting the race at the results screen won’t count towards the tracker, you need to continue and re launch it.

Just wanted to add my 2 cents in this. So I can confirm that it doesn’t need to be “different” races as stated in the achievement. You will naturally unlock this if you’re just playing the game anyway also online races count toward this, but if you want the quickest way to complete this then get yourself a fast car, hit the drag strip at the horizon main festival site, or any drag strip for that matter, start up and complete your race, once won, head back to the start or fast travel if you have the credits or have unlocked all the fast travel boards for free travel, rinse and repeat 80 times. Certainly is quicker than racing 80 different races but gets very boring very quickly.
There's no shortcut or any advice to really give here, all you need to do is actually race. And by race, we mean a lot! A few things to note:
- It says win, so if you have to drop the difficulty to do so, then do that.
- It says different, so you can't keep doing the same events over and over.
- The quickest races are the drag races, do them, although there aren't that many of them. It's a good way to earn monies and Accolade Points, anyway, so don't sweat this too much, just enjoy yourselves.
