I will be giving you an easy method for getting this achivement.
First thing you want to do is play enough through the game to where you can use blueprints during races, you earn this fairly early in the game but not straight away.
Simply go to any race in the game, and setup your own blueprint, use any car and any class. In the event settings set the difficulty to unbeatable, set to 1 lap and the max players to "off", this will mean you are the only racer in the event, then it's as easy as hitting publish and completing the event
(UPDATE: If you are doing a circuit race you can set the duration to 1 minute, this causes you to instantly win the event when it starts, so you don't even need to drive. Thanks to xXx B1GBR1T xXx for pointing it out in the comments)
You will notice the tracker for the achivement goes up. Just repeat this at 5 more different events and the achivement is yours :)
I will attach a video of me setting up the race if anyone really needs it. Ignore everything after the 45 second mark, it's just me completing the race

"The Trial"-activity in weekly playlists against unbeatable drivatars also count towards this. My tracker is at 33% after my team won 2 events eventhough I myself was at the middle of the pack.

This is a good note. If you're going for the completion, you'll need to win at least 8 races against Unbeatable drivatars for the "Min Meet Max" achievement, anyway (assuming you didn't get "Min Meet Max" in the pre-release Series 0 series), so there's no point in doing any extra work for this achievement.

Yes, as long as your team wins the race you get credit for it regardless of where you personally finish.
It does have to be in different races/events though, I tried doing the trial again in the same season and it didn't add anything to my achievement progress.

Not the fastest way, but the achievement can also be obtained by playing The Trial during the festival Series just by being on the winning team. No need to come in first

I didn't notice this mentioned in the other solutions but this unlocked for me a different way. I had set my difficulty to unbeatable and then completed a race. Shortly after this, I joined my friend's convoy where we were completing races for him and his difficulty was set to average. After 5 races my achievement popped. We won those 5 races.
Steps:
Set your difficulty to unbeatable.
Join a convoy
Have the convoy leader's difficulty on a lower difficulty you can win at

I noticed that if you take a D rank car and tune it up to A for example, all the other opponents in your races are D. Using this method on drag races is a joke, even against unbeatable opponents as the power difference is just so vast.
I've only managed to replicate this in coop so far. Doesn't seem to work solo. Don't know why this works, it should probably be patched.

This method will allow you to win unbeatable races, in any discipline, while racing against highly skilled drivatars. In addition to the achievement, you can unlock accolades for winning 10 races of each type against unbeatable drivatars.

Select "Solo" from the first menu then
to the far-left and select "EventLab Creations Browse Events".
Press on your controller, 
to "Share Code" and input the share code 136 351 348. It's called "Unbeatable Triumph Achievement". It's set up with the correct settings to end essentially instantly after it starts. Tried and tested on 19th July 2023 for anybody who, like me, is still looking to get this achievement.
Be sure to press

I did this in the hot wheels area just set up for unbeatable pick a fast car and just keep moving I did the same race twice by accident but it counts for achievement only not accolades

This could have been quite easily one of the hardest achievements in the game, mainly because the 'Unbeatable' difficulty Drivatars are by far the most unpredicable and toughest out there - if you're trying to do this "legit," of course. So, if you are, basically what you need to do is perfect every corner, use the assists like driving line, breaking lines and rewind feature to dominate, but not only that, you also need to be a bit shifty and use the other drivers as objects on whatever corner where possible, and if that doesn't work, you need to find and suit up and equip the best tune setups on the best suited cars to make it happen. Remember as well, that whatever car you're in dictates what the other cars are in. So if you're in an X car, they will be too, and that could be progressively harder. Just an FYI.
So, in short: use a load of rewinds, slam into opponents on corners, but more importantly, make sure you have the right car and the right tuning to be successful!
With all that said though, if you don't care about doing it legit and just want it done, use the Mercedes-Benz Unimog U5023 (2014), which costs a measly 100,000 credits, and use the "D Class" tuning setup from fel1993 and do a load of Cross-Country events, you can definitely succeed. You're still going to have to tussle, fight dirty and use the rewind a touch, but it's actually manageable this way. The easiest strat for me though, was the same Unimog, using FELLzilla's Cheap Season Win. It makes the Unimog a B-class, and it's always quicker than the opposition, but it is super unwieldy! What makes this work though is doing Road Races, as the other drivers will barely pass you. You just need courses with super straight roads, tight ones if possible to stop your opponenets passing and not many tight corners and you'll win. The key to the Cheap Season Win (CSW) strat is to get ahead early and block any chances to overtake!
If you're curious what events I did this on, the 6 races were: Las Dunas Cross-Country (D Class); Grand Pantano Sprint (Cheap Season Win); Sierra Verde Sprint (CSW); Copper Canyon Sprint (CSW); Riviera Sprint (CSW) and also, hilariously, you can also use the drag races (2 of them) as well. Guaranteed win in those 2! And there you have it, achievement unlocked! Grats!
