Story Related: Can't Miss.

You will receive your first bracelet after completing your first event. You will have to drive to a new location and watch the cut scene as they explain the premise of the story and what your bracelet grants access to.

The Yellow Wristband is the first wristband you will acquire as you move through the game. To earn a new wristband, you must earn a certain amount of points. Points are earned from completing and winning races/events.

Upon starting the game, you are given a waypoint to the Horizon Heats, so just follow that. Once you arrive, press X to register. Finish 3rd and above to win your first wristband. After winning the race, drive to Race Central. Once there, press X to enter. After the cut-scene, you will get your Yellow Wristband
