How to unlock the All Your Race Are Belong to Us achievement in Forza Horizon - Definitive Guide
To get this achievement, you have to win every single race in the game. I'm not going to give you tips on how to drive in order to win, instead, this is simply to explain what is involved so that you know what to expect. There are 4 types of races....
- Festival Race -. These are the ones where you get points so you can collect the yellow/ green/ blue/ pink/ orange/ purple/ golden wristbands. As you progress, you will unlock a new level but your storyline progress does not require you to win every single race. But for this achievement you have to go back and win every one of them. There are 70 in total. When you finish a race, you are offered a rival challenge. You do not have to win or even attempt the rival challenge for this particular achievement.
- Street Race - . As you progress in the game, the radio announcer will mention that there are street races somewhere. These races are a bit tougher since street traffic is present. Just find the location on the map and you can race them any time after they gradually unlock throught the course of the game. There will be 30 in all and you have to win each one.
- Showcase - . The showcase races are where you race against an airplane, helicopter, balloon or whatever. These races also unlock gradually through the course of the game. Just find them on the map and try them whenever you like. There are 10 such races altogether.
- Star Showdown - Each time as you get your next wristband, the Horizon Star racer will challenge you to a one on one racing showdown. When you win, you will receive the Star`s car. Darius is the last one and there are 7 races in this category.
There are separate achievements for completing each of the 4 groups of races ....
Festival Race....
Street Race....
Showcase Event....
Star Showdown....
and
When you pop the last one of the above mentioned achievemnets, you will also pop All Your Race Are Belong to Us. You can check your progress by using the map because completed races will have a trophy or by looking at the Stats in your profile. This achievement DOES NOT require you to get any of the PR Stunts (they are not considered races). In terms of time required to complete, Forza 3 and Forza 4 fans recall the 200-240 hours it took to get the Solid Gold and Bucket List achievements. Mercifully, this one only took me around 8½ hours (driving time) and at that there were several races that I had to do several times before I won. So there is really no grind to go through.
Please let me know if you think I can add something further.

If you are finding a particular race difficult, you can always go into the difficulty menu before, not during, a race and tweak the settings to make it easier to complete.

I have won every race in the game, but the agent of speed showcase either never showed up or I missed it. Either way, I can't get this achievement. On my map I filter for only "not won" and i have no more events of any kind to complete. Any suggestions on how to activate this showcase would be super helpful.

This requires you to win all Festival events, Street races, Showcase events and Showdowns. There are 117 races in total and you need to win them all for the achievement to unlock. The majority of these events will be won as you progress through the game so there shouldn't be too much mopping up/grinding to do.
You can check how many events you have won via the 'Stats' tab in the 'My Profile' menu. You can also check on what events you haven't won by viewing each event via the map. Any event won will have a gold trophy icon next to it.
To make this achievement easier, select the AI difficulty to easy and turn on all assists.
