This achievement does not take very long at all to
reach the XP Level of 25..

If you do have the VIP bonus you Will get 1.5x Extra XP..

I did 25 races with 3 other players..All winning 8 races each..

By the time we had 25 races complete i was already around level 15 or so..

The best playlist in my opinion would be INFECTED..

If you were to play an event with 8 players and come in the
top 5 you would always get roughly between 3000-6000 XP
every time..

I had 261,084 XP when i reached level 25..

+1! :) As the OP said, Infected is THE WAY to go here. Even if you are not really good at driving, this is the only gametype where driving skills are not that important. On top of that, the amount of XP gained here is very good, I get 4.000 to 6.000 every game depending on the number of contenders.

Infected on the Golf Course is perfect. All the sliding around and jumps nets to 5 stars very quickly. I ended up get 11,000+XP in one round (w/ VIP bonus) for winning.

I bought the limited edition from GAME. £30
It contains three codes. one for VIP and some other stuff but I used them before downloading or playing the game, so might have to try again.

Great solution! Infected is definitely the way to go.

If you play on Carson Golf Course you can easily get a 1.5x boost from achieving 5 stars and with multiple people in the lobby I was easily reaching 7500+ points. It’s also fun as hell.

The server are offline forever so this achievement is impossible to get, unless Microsoft reopen the server. I don’t know what’s the meaning of making games backwards compatible but shutting down the servers.

The best way to get this for me was taking the following route of achievements (They all count towards your online level):

First go for the playground achievements. There are only two of those and with 9 races your done with those:

The Playground Games achievement in Forza Horizon worth 10 pointsComplete a game of Infected, King, and Cat and Mouse.

The Swings and Roundabouts achievement in Forza Horizon worth 49 pointsComplete 3 games each of Infected, King, and Cat and Mouse.

You probably already leveled up when playing this, so you should have also gotten (or you are very near to getting):

The OMG achievement in Forza Horizon worth 8 pointsWin a car from leveling up online.

The Ding! achievement in Forza Horizon worth 8 pointsReach Online Level 5.

Now start playing the regular races. For reaching level 25 you need about 30 races as a VIP member and I guess around 45 if you aren't a VIP. During this hunt you will win the following achievements:

The ZOMG! achievement in Forza Horizon worth 18 pointsWin 3 cars from leveling up online.

The Kudos to You achievement in Forza Horizon worth 10 pointsComplete 5 Sponsorship Challenges.

The OMGWT*BBQ!? achievement in Forza Horizon worth 39 pointsWin 5 cars from leveling online.

The Still a Noob... achievement in Forza Horizon worth 20 pointsComplete 10 online races.

The Noob No More achievement in Forza Horizon worth 50 pointsComplete 25 online races.

Sponsorship challenges are also earned in online play, so those are an easy grab :).

You should also be able to win, at least I did, before you reach level 25:

The Sellout achievement in Forza Horizon worth 23 pointsComplete 20 Sponsorship Challenges.

I averaged between 4k and 11k credits and earned about 800k when I reached level 25 and collected 10+ cars (including two Enzo's), so you earn a nice buck.

No luck for me. I got to Lv. 22 so far and got around 7 cars, all worth under 300.000. When I get credits its always around 20.000 to 35.000... Want to get this done as soon as possible to concentrate on single player...

It sounds a lot like it also looks at the number of active players has a factor in this. I heard more people having problems with it.

I found a cool little trick that works... if you want to simply build up your XP. Now while I love to race legit... and you can get a ton of XP if you are in the top 3 (which is very tough with some of the online competiion being both fierce and clubs that rival to put you out of the race)... here is a way to get an easy 4,000 every time you race. NOTE this works especially well on point to point races only... not so much for lap races. When the race starts... just wait until everyone has left... now you own the road!!! You need to stay moving... and on the course... but you can do doughnuts, burnouts, J Turns, Drift around corners like a mad person... and get all sorts of points! I did this as a test and was able to level up from level 20 to 25 in about 40 minutes! You don't need to complete the race either... just drive and have fun! Enjoy!!!

This is how I did it:
- Create a boosting session
- Make sure you've a total of 6 players
- Create an INFECTED match on the Carson Golf Course with the duration of 2 minutes (you DO NOT need more)
- Make sure everyone in the game gets a 5 star skill
- Drive and end up as high as possible in the match if you aren't infected. When you're infected just infect the ones you wanna infect.

With this method you get around 4000 XP per match. The one who starts as the infected QUARANTY gets 1000 XP for being in the game.

With this method I went from level 23 to level 35 in just 2 hours. Someone in my lobby went from level 4 to level to level 26.

Each time you complete an online event you will earn XP towards leveling up. Your total XP will depend on the following four factors:

Overall position
Mileage
Number of people in the game (the more people, the higher your multiplier will be)
Trick bonus (the more ticks you pull off, the higher your multiplier. Caps at 1.5)

You will need to earn a total of 260,000 XP to reach level 25. Obviously the better you perform, the more people you have in each game and the higher you get your trick multiplier, the faster you will rank up.

Click HERE to find people to boost this with.

TIP: If you are working through all the other MP achievements with other people, you will probably be around lvl 22, from here just play games of Infected until you hit 25.

Infected offers the most XP per time spent playing as these games can be over in a matter of minutes and as long as you place in the top 3 you can earn up to 6500 XP per game.
