How to unlock the OMGWT*BBQ!? achievement in Forza Horizon - Definitive Guide

Every time you level up in multiplayer you get a random reward, either a car or cash. Get 5 cars and the achievement pops.

If you have VIP status you'll get a 1.5x bonus on all XP for faster levelling. You also get an XP bonus based on the number of people in the lobby, up as high as 4x if it's mostly full (6-8 people if I remember correctly).

I started off on the "Playground" playlist (under "Find Game" in the multiplayer menu) and found that I levelled up pretty much every match, sometimes two levels with a full lobby and decent performance. This technique also helps towards:

Forza HorizonPlayground GamesThe Playground Games achievement in Forza Horizon worth 10 pointsComplete a game of Infected, King, and Cat and Mouse.
Forza HorizonSwings and RoundaboutsThe Swings and Roundabouts achievement in Forza Horizon worth 49 pointsComplete 3 games each of Infected, King, and Cat and Mouse.

Racing also seems to net a decent amount of XP as well and there are more achievements for 10 and 25 races along with one for reaching level 25. If you've not picked up 5 cars by the time you've done these you're incredibly unlucky.

It comes with the Forza Horizon Collectors Edition or you can now buy it as DLC.

Yep, quite often it is, I've had loads of level where you get a pathetic amount of cash. Then it's gone on a run of cars, rarely decent ones but cars nonetheless. If you're only level 11 then you still 14 to go for the level 25 achievement so with a bit of luck they'll come.

Additionally check out https://rewards.forzamotorsport.net if you've not done so already. They usually hand out healthy globs of in game money if you're just after more cars in general.

I've levelled up twice an received nothing, almost as if j haven't levelled up??? BS

I'm at level 14, but I've stopped receiving rewards since about level 10. Any idea if there's a fix?

Every time you rank up a level you will be offered either a car or a sum of credits as a reward. It is a slot machine style outcome so this will be entirely luck based. The payout of either money or cars is fairly even, so you should have no trouble winning 5 cars on your way to level 25.
