How to unlock the #WINNING! achievement in Forza Horizon - Definitive Guide

In order to unlock this achievement, you must win 10 Festival Races. These include any race that net you points toward Wristbands and are indicated on your map with a colored outline corresponding to the lowest Wristband level you need to enter. These races also have a specific class/model/drivetrain specs in order to enter. To sign up for these races, simply pull up beside the trailer and press 'X' to sign up. This achievement will unlock early on in your carrer.

Please Note: The first race in Horizon may or may not count toward this acheievement, confirmation on this would be appreciated.

I can confirm that I received this on my 11th win, not my 10th. So it would seem the first race doesn't count.

Festival Races are the main races of the game, on your map you will see some icons with a colored outline, each color represents a bracelet. If you win 10 of them, the achievement will be unlocked, you can also decrease the difficulty of the AI before the race starts.

Festival races are the main races in Horizon and will be indicated on you map with a coloured outline corresponding to the minimum wristband level you need to enter them. Each has certain class/model/drive setup restrictions to enter. Once you have an event highlighted on the map, drive to its location and enter it. You need to win the race for it to count, once you have won 10 races the achievement will unlock. This will likely unlock naturally as you progress through the game but to make it easier, set the AI difficulty to easy and turn on all assists. 

NOTE: It seems this achievement is slightly glitched and doesn't count the first event even if you win it. If you placed first on the first event, this will unlock after winning your 11th race.
