You can win the SEAT Cupra GT Prototype (2005) if you can win the Regional - Pan-European Championship.

The Cupra GT is awarded late in the game so it will take a while to get this achievement unless you pick the car up in the auction house.

For an achievement that means you have to play for hours (unless you win auctions), I think 1g is a little harsh!

For this achievement you need only 2 cars:

SEAT:
2003 SEAT Leon Cupra R - 20,500 CR.
2005 SEAT Cupra GT Prototype - Win the win the Regional Championships, Pan-European Championship to win the car.

Total needed - 20,500CR's and Level 45 to enter the Pan-European Championship.
