Simple achievement, simply enter "My Profile" from either the Play Career tab or the Community tab, select My Profile, Edit Playercard, then change your badge and or title.

This can be unlocked after the tutorial race
You do not need to do any racing other than the first tutorial race as the game gives you 3 Badges and Titles from the start.
Head into Play Career (Or My Community) and select My Profile then Edit Playercard from here you can change either your Badge or Title from the original one set by the game. Select the new Badge or Title you want and the achievement will pop.
