For this achievement you can win against AI
As this one only requires you to win an online game the fastest method is to do a 1/8 mile drag race against AI.
To create a game:
-Community
-Race Online
-Create Race
-Game setup
-Game Type - Drag
-Track - Sedona Drag 1/8
-Max Players - 2
-Max AI Players - 1
-Car Class - Any
Then select your car the 1973 Porsche 911 Carrera RS and change the AI car to something slow.
Start the race and win for the achievement.
Here's a video, you do not have to own the car.

-Create Race
-Game setup
-Game Type - Drag
-Track - Sedona Drag 1/8
-Max Players - 2
-Max AI Players - 1
-Car Class - Any
Then select your car the 1973 Porsche 911 Carrera RS and change the AI car to something slow.
Start the race and win for the achievement.

You only need to do 1 lap around middle circle of Test Track Layout E.
DO NOT FOLLOW OUTER CIRCLE Locate inner wall and follow it around.
One lap = 12-15secs...
And for the 3 and 5 win achievements: do this 3, respectively 5 times.
That's the way I did this.
And of what I got to experience, the CPU must get to finish as well;
Had a 5sec end of race timer for one of Porsche achievements but it didn't pop despite I won it three times (GT2@Nordschleife).

For this achievement you DON'T need to race against AI. Set up the race by yourself with no one against you.
As this one requires you to complete 1 race in an online game, I found the fastest one is Camino Viejo De Montserrat - Mini Circuit(0.56 miles). Technically you could complete a 1/8 Drag on Sedona Raceway Park (0.12 miles). But we all know Drag races are no fun, can't top the car out in a 1/8 Drag :P

The Porsche Expansion achievements, for the most part, are rather self-explanatory and shouldn't take you too long. For this achievement, head online, select the 1973 Porsche 911 Carrera RS as your car and win a race. No specific track needed here, so pick your strongest track.
