For this achievement you can race against AI
As this one requires you to complete 3 circuit races in an online game, the fastest method is to do 1 lap race on Camino Viejo De Montserrat - Mini Circuit against AI.
To create a game:
-Community
-Race Online
-Create Race
-Game setup
-Game Type - Circuit Race
-Environment - Camino Viejo
-Track - Camino Viejo Mini
-Max Players - 2
-Max AI Players - 1
-Laps 1
-Car Class - Any
Then select your car the 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 RS (997) and change the AI car to something slow.
Start the race and compete 3 times for the achievement.
Here's a video, you do not have to own the car.

You only need to do 1 lap around middle circle of Test Track Layout E.
DO NOT FOLLOW OUTER CIRCLE Locate inner wall and follow it around.
One lap = 12-15secs...
And for the 3 and 5 win achievements: do this 3, respectively 5 times.
That's the way I did this.
And of what I got to experience, the CPU must get to finish as well;
Had a 5sec end of race timer for one of Porsche achievements but it didn't pop despite I won it three times (GT2@Nordschleife).

Not everyone has DLC so this is the shortest on disc track

This is the way I did all 1-5 circuit race achievements for Porsche DLC.
For 30.000Cr I used Layout A and did similar as to this video;
follow inner circle of track in 15 laps to get 32.000 due to Sim.Damage & tyre wear, Pro Ai, No driver assists...
And of what I got to experience, the CPU must get to finish as well;
Had a 5sec end of race timer for one of Porsche achievements but it didn't pop despite I won it three times (GT2@Nordschleife).

This can be done against the AI.
Go to: Game Setup.
Environment: Test Track
Track: Test Track Layout A
Max Players: 2
Max AI Players: 1
AI Difficulty: Easy
Laps: 1
Set your steering to Simulation under the Difficulty settings.
Choose the car: 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 RS (997).
Go left of the hanger at the start to cut the corner and you'll win this easily. Should take under 40 seconds.
Repeat twice.
Go to: Game Setup.
Environment: Test Track
Track: Test Track Layout A
Max Players: 2
Max AI Players: 1
AI Difficulty: Easy
Laps: 1

The Porsche Expansion achievements, for the most part, are rather self-explanatory and shouldn't take you too long. For this achievement, head online, select the 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 RS (997) and complete (not win) 3 circuit races i.e. on tracks that are a circuit (has laps), rather than A to B races, etc.
