The idea is you start at the back of the grid if you are mid grid do not move until all cars have passed you - as collisions are off all ai cars will be ghosts the idea is u drive straight through the ghost this will give u a perfect pass I did this with a mate and was getting at least 10 passes on a 1 lap race that's 10 x perfect pass every 50 ish second race rinse and repeat by far the quickest method

Only do one lap each race !!! You should have this done in no time realistically you should be able to get this just through career this guide is if you want the achievement quick like me :0)

One of the easier ways to get this achievement is to do the track day events, that is for passing cars. There is one under Sport Compact>Super Mini, it is the 6th one in at Prague. Make sure to get as close as possible to them when passing, but to not hit them. You can not pass them, slow down and pass again, it will not count.

The best way to earn this is to do the pass events and they are really slow cars so my advice get really close to the car and slip by him and don't touch his car and that's a simple perfect pass and this can be done on the same event boom simple achievement
