I was grinding for this in the Indianapolis oval track, followed one car during 10 lap race and got tons of the Perfect Draft scores but no achievement, then in my last 3 lap race I got it. Checked status and it says 84 Perfect Draft Scores."

Grr just deleted my last comment by mistake.
Was just mentioning that in addition to what No Pulse said about old lemans, Sebring is a good course for it due to its long straights.
And obvious to some but not to all is not to have the AI on too low a setting or you tend to pass to easily without any chance of slipstreaming.

I got this on accident while playing Multiplayer with a friend. They were trying to get the 245mph with the McLaren P1. I was in a P1 as well and just followed them down the back straight on Old LeMans. This was a custom multiplayer game.

Laps:2 (or as much as you need/want)
Collision:on
Start the race and wait till you are 16th
then start and use every other car for "Slipstreaming" - when you got the Notification - go to the next car and so on - should be a quick thing
