If you intend to complete the game, this one is an un-missable one.
You obtain it by finishing all of the 12 races of the "Tours of Motorsport".
This will then unblock the "Spotlight" races.

This appears to be glitched after the recent update. Didn't unlock for me and forza forums has threads about achievements not unlocking.

Same here, showcases done and spotlight unlocked, no achievement.

This morning I did a test and reran all 12 Tour races to see if it would unlock. Under my stats in game it says 11 completed. So 1 definitely isnt triggering.

I completed this yesterday (2-19-17) and no achievement. So this is glitches atm
