How to unlock the Community Welcome achievement in Forza Motorsport 6 - Definitive Guide

To complete the Forza 6 Community Welcome Achievement all you have to do is click on career and select the forza hub and you will then complete the Forza 6 achievement community welcome achievement. But this could be one of the most useful achievements as you get free money and bonuses for using the forza hub you can get millions a month depending on your tier and level

I think this is discontinued now because Forza Hub is now delisted, and the servers for it are shut.

From the main menu, the Forza Hub is hidden between "Message Centre" and "Prize Spins." Open the Hub (which is a seperate Xbox App) to find out more information about everything Turn 10.
