After a race press save replay - save it and then a pop-up window will appear choose 2 keywords and press share

One option is "save" the other is "save and share". Choose "save and share".

If you have saved a replay but not shared it, then you can go to Options > Forza TV and then share your replay from there :)

Ok, so I tried saving a replay of a showcase and it let me put in keywords, but not for the career races I tried... Weird

I can confirm that this achievement is still obtainable in career. Regards to keywords, move thumbstick or d-pad left or right and select an option.

After you completed time on track, you are given the ability to save the replay. Logically, you need to save the replay, fill out the keywords and make sure it gets saved to your online profile.
