When you start the NASCAR Expansion Pack, you will see an option to start the NASCAR World Tour. This tour has 5 series of races that you must complete in order to unlock all of the achievements in this DLC.
The first series is the "NASCAR Icons Tour". Play through the 5 races in this series to unlock the achievement and move on to the "Passport to the World" series!
If you are having difficulty winning, turn on the assists and play on new driver difficulty. You take a credit penalty, but you will balance it out with the affinity level pretty quickly.
