How to unlock the Party At The Country Club achievement in Forza Motorsport 6 - Definitive Guide

Select Multiplayer under the Porsche menu tab, pick private lobby, select VIR Full changing the number of laps down to 1 lap. I got the achievement but there might be other solutions.

EDIT: VIR=Virginia International Raceway. Thanks to Zavistic for pointing this out.

Keep a timed race, 30 seconds and dont even have to lift a finger from there on if you're lazy like myself.

I would like to state to anybody that might be confused as I was.
VIR is a track.

simple achievement but i still made a video :D

Go into multiplayer and select VIR as the racetrack. Once you complete any event the achievement will unlock.
