Once you have downloaded the DLC and have started up the game, you'll get the message that you've earned the Porsche owner badge.
After this go to: Options -> change badge -> use
to get to the Badge (it's after the three tabs for manufacturer affinity badges) and press 
to equip it.
Achievement unlocked.

When you go into the customize badge menu you will notice a new section for the Porsche DLC. You receive a badge for buying the DLC so equip that and the achievement will unlock.
