I don't think this will be fixed, I'm trying multiple different times each day and no luck, will keep trying for few more weeks then stuff it. 👎

According to Forza twitter, there’s a probability that design sharing will be permanently disabled and therefore discontinuing the achievement from now on. People are stating their complaints and generating BBB disputes with Turn 10, but both Turn 10 and MS have refused to respond and take any further action so far.

On several occasions, I have sent messages to TA to flag this achievement along with the rivals achievement in order to avoid future completionists from starting this game, but I’m not sure why TA has refused to respond.

Still Broken

This achievement has now been fixed and is obtainable again as of 15/10/2019.

Servers go up and down, was obtainable yesterday and today, but now says „Try again later” for me.

I managed to get this yesterday. There was a design that I had painted in the weeks before this got fixed. During that time I kept trying to share it and it did not work. Yesterday, I went to saved designs, picked it, entered in the descriptions and attempted to share. I got the message "Try again later". I went back in and followed the video above on a different car, picked my generic paints for this dummy posting, shared it and it worked. So I started over on a new car not previously saved and got it. Out of courtesy of everyone else out there, I unshared it afterwards to free up some server space.

Tried the same as Graymawr and it finally uploaded!!

Just got it , Had to put a decal aswell on it to unlock, Also Rivals is now working, So I just grabbed that one aswell before servers start playing up. 👍

Just got this today. Took me several attempts in a row to finally get it. Keep trying even if you get an error the first time.

Servers still wonky Sept. 02, 2021.
Tried to get this multiple ways with paint and decals, different cars, etc....

Am I the only one unable to select Keywords when trying to save & share? Or is it because the servers are down? Edit: After the 4th try, it let me select the Keywords, but after I click share it just says "Please try again later" :(

Can confirm this still works. If you’re having trouble, select an entirely new vehicle from your garage. I chose a Lamborghini and painted it black, named it, set the keywords and it shared!

So this is the only one of the "share" achievements that is actually not working at the moment, just as it appears on games with gold. Great. It says that it is temporarily disabled please check website for info. Not sure if it is going to be activated again.

I mentioned this on most of the forums already.
There is no need to worry. This happens with all the Forza games when they go GwG. Servers are overburdened with all the new gamers flooding in. They will fix this in a few weeks. They always do.

FH1, FM5 and FH2 all had the same exact issue. First uploading and sharing broke. Then Rivals and leaderboards stopped. Then everything went down the shitter. And then after around 4 weeks they fixed it. For FM5, for instance, the achievements were then working for another whole year after end-of-life.
