Go to Cars > Car Collection > Level 1 and scroll over 9 times and buy an AMC Pacer or Ford Fiesta 81’ for 20,000 Credits. These are the cheapest, non-DLC cars in the game.

*Note: Once you buy a car, you cannot turn around and sell it and then go buy more of the same car. Once you sell a car, it affects your overall car collection total.

Example: You have 200,000 in credits, you buy 20 AMC Pacers and then sell them for 10,000 credits each for 100,000 credits. You then go buy 10 more AMC Pacers for a total of 30 cars, right? Wrong. You actually will only have bought 10 cars. Any car you sell affects the Achievement progress.

i find a fast method for buy car,go to collection car level 1 car,find ford fiesta 81,the price is 20,000 credits,you buy this car and not waiting for design and saving as for Amc car,sorry for my english

Found a great way to earn a vast amount of credits to put towards cheap cars. For myself, I kept buying the AMC Pacer.
