How to unlock the Show Off achievement in Forza Motorsport 7 - Definitive Guide

After a race, on the results screen, click Save Replay, then when given the option choose Save and Share, enter a file name and the info and upon uploading the achievement will unlock.

this one is bugged. there is no option to select keywords. same for the other "share" achievements. unobtainable until a patch is made. this would also explain all the MANY solutions for this since this is a very easy achievement to obtain.
EDIT:
it seems when there are xbox live marketplace issues, this (and the other "share" achievements) are bugged.

When you finish a race, you'll have the option to continue, watch replay/share replay etc. on the results screen. Save & share the replay to get the achievement.

To share a replay wait until you’ve finished a race. On the results screen choose ‘Save Replay’. Then just select ‘Save and Share’, enter a file name and info for the replay. Once confirmed and it’s uploaded the achievement should unlock.
